No matter how complex your project may be, we're here to help you finish it. From Hampton Bay patio sets to lighting our associates will get you in and out. What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

This has been my HI DIY store for nearly 25 years now. I know one of the best and greatest additions to the management staff there is Devin Ross. A very kind and pleasing gentleman with a great listening ear and extremely helpful whenever I have encountered him around and about the store.

We live in KC area. Called store to check on floor tile availability and ensure color lots as KC HD’s had limited inventory and color match issues with this SKU. Spoke with a Kevin who went above and beyond on the phone! He happily pulled down boxes from overhead bay, and even texted pictures to confirm. After a long drive, Mgr. Craig has tiles ready for us to check out! Both were so friendly and did everything they could to help us from a distance!

I recommend this store with reservations. As a homeowner and gardener, I depend upon Home Depot primarily for household and gardening supplies, and various tools and hardware needed for simple home improvement projects. I generally find what I need, and the location is convenient for me. However, my most recent shopping experience revealed almost universal non-compliance with simple COVID-19 precautions by employees and customers alike. If I do shop at this store again, it will only be online with curbside pickup.
