I have been shopping at Home Depot for 3 yrs. and from the very first visit up to the present these guys have been very helpful .

Home Depot has always been my store for all my remodeling jobs as well as personal needs. Have never experienced bad customer service and if they do not have what I am looking for they order it. Been with them for years and that will not change soon. Thanks Home Depot for providing my company excellent customer service and quality merchandise at a good price!

More help in every department, not have to go hunt for an employee to get help.

The employees were very kind and helpful with each question and problem we had. And had a good stock of the products we were searching for unlike the other home improvement store near by.

An employee named Carl really helped me exchange a part for a item because of the warranty something I would not have ever realized (warranty) truly experts here.

Stopped at a HD before leaving Dallas today. The guy my wife and I talked to about flooring was very unhelpful and could've cared less if we made a purchase. So stopping at the Waco store on Hwy 35 and being assisted by Ashleigh Rankin was the difference in night and day. Can't say enough about how appreciative we are for her being so helpful in our choosing of 2 different flooring products and her professional opinion on what types of glue, trowel, floor leveller...we needed. Her courteous and highly knowledgeable service has me thinking HD will be my 1st choice instead of the other big supply store I have always used.

no help from employees. They seem to be constantly cycle counting different isles. Cashiers at self checkout was not willing to call manager or lookup a sku so I could check out.

What I wanted from my closest regular Home Depot (Waco Drive Store) was out of stock from the on line ad, but the ad also conveniently told me all items were available in quantities I needed at the Bellmead store on the other side of town! Most helpful, as usual!

I never shop at any other store than the Bellmead location. It always has what I need,I never have to look all over the store to find someone to help me and is always so neat and clean.

In two areas I found assistance and in two areas no one was available or even around. I could not find anyone in fans, lighting, etc or the blinds and shades area. Levi in the paint department was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Lynn in the ladder area went above and beyond the duty, even helping me to the car with my 6ft ladder. I really appreciate people who truly care about other people and helping.
