I had a problem with a employee that was not helpful at all. He displayed a wrong attitude. I reported him.

Most of the time when I go to the store I can find things on my on but if there's things I need help with the majority of the time there is a sales associate close by that can help. Most recently I went in to look at washers and dryers and an associate was in the department and showed me the products they had. He was very friendly and helpful.

Always happy with what we purchase there.

Every time I call the store I usually get hung up at at least 2 times before I get to talk to a person in the department I asked for. It takes about 30 minutes about every time I call.

I came in store in Bellmead 9/7/24 at 7:15 pm. My chest freezer went out and I had a lot of meat so I needed to get another one. There was no one in appliance so I asked a young lady if she could help but it wasn’t her department that I understood told me go up front and talk to the lady behind counter. I went up told her my issue she opened a book and said they had called in that day. They would be there 8-5 on Sunday. I asked her no one else can help me. She said I’d have to wait till Sunday I told her I have a lot of meat that’s going to ruin but she said I’d have to wait. I was furious I drove from out of Waco and it was like oh sorry that’s not my problem. I always go there. I started to go elsewhere but I’ve always shop there so I called Dustin there the next day and he said come by he would help me. Which he was very helpful. But if that ever happened again I will never return to Home Depot.

Ana , who works the pro area side , was supper friendly and helpful. I went in to get a tool box for my nonprofit ministry, the internet price was cheaper , she help me get the correct price, I had a 20 off pro coupon for a purchase of 200 or more but my coupon wouldn’t come up on my Home Depot app. She found a manager and got everything fixed . She displayed a rude attitude towards her customers. Not professional at all. She should consider a new job outside of customer service.

I do love to go shopping at Home Depot, but I seriously HATE that there are very few employees working. If you can find 1 employee covering 3 depts, then you are very lucky. And having only 1 person at Customer Service is just crazy, especially on a weekend. And don't get me started on the Self checkout is the ONLY checkout available. And then to have a person who watches to make sure you ring up everything and pay is just silly. You need actual employees to ring up your items. This makes sure you DO pay AND this gives a person a job. Every place is switching to self check out and there is no more Customer Service or support for the customer. It's crazy! At the Bellmead store, I was very luck and employee Sarah Chase was very helpful and solved an issue we were having. She was patient and calm as so many other customers where vying for her attention as well, besides the phone ringing non-stop.

The power happened to be out at this store during my visit. Bellmead Home Depot had a generator going keeping the store open. As usual the service I received from numerous employee staff was awesome. Two of the employees (one loaded my fridge on a cart - one checkout staff helped me load onto my truck) went out of their way to help me with a heavy purchase.

So sad, was told my items would be ready by 12:30, then get email saying nothing is in stock, so I go pull all my items myself , cancel order. Was not told it would take 3 to 5 days to get my funds back, rang up around 80 items then debit card gets declined. Then of course service desk couldn't help, if only the employee had done his job, hope this finds upper management.

Some times larger items are not in the store and need to be delivered, which is no problem. Bought a pressure washer and a washing machine this month which were delivered when scheduled, no problems.

Even on a Sunday the home depot is a good place to shop at so big thumbs up to the store

Super friendly store with very helpful staff. I live in San Antonio and was more impressed with this store in Waco than ours.

Taking on the job of completing a mini makeover for my new position as a high school classroom teacher (Culinary Arts) has been no easy task. EVERY time I've come into the Bellmead store, the assistance given has been top notch! I am made to feel as if my little project is just as important as the big contractors!! I've NEVER been talked down too... when I come in describing something as a "thing-a-ma-jiggly" (and I've said that several times) EVERY employee has been so kind and patient in figuring out what the heck I'm talking about... and the time-saving, quality over quantity, measure twice/cut once advice given for my project has been AMAZING!! I have to drive an hour one way to get to the store (three is one closer), however the drive is always worth it because I KNOW I'm going to leave with a better knowledge of my project.... hummmm... just how I want my students to leave my classroom......

So handy to order something on line and then just pick it up on my way home from work.

Lots of other home improvement stores seem to have employees that hide when I am looking for assistance. This store usually has someone that helps me and they usually have plenty of inventory to choose from.

Cowboy was so great. He was observant and on top of it during our visit. Never have we ever had better service at Home Depot. HE WAS THE GOAT!

Couldn't find items I needed esp. for propane connectors, apparently inventory not up to date.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to say I’m impressed with the employees at the Bellmead,Tx store. My sale was quick and professional. I assumed buying a washer and dryer would be a hassle and take up a lot of my time. However, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Oh and my appliances look pretty good too lol

I always go to Home Depot whenever I need something. I usually go online to find the exact aisle and bay, so I go straight to what I'm looking for. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I just love Home Depot!
