Great sales associates. Helped me when I needed help and showed me where it was. .

Apparently, the filters I wanted to purchase for my paint spray mask were no longer available. According to the associate, the mask had been redesigned by the manufacturer and no longer used a round unit but a tapered and somewhat larger one. As a result, I purchased one of the new masks and it has been operating satidfactorily.

Got help right away in locating a garden item and very friendly checkout assistants....

I went in to buy a compound mitre saw. After being frustrated that the website did not correspond to the what was actually in the store, I was helped by Lisa and Steve from hardware. Lisa helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had every thing I needed and even helped me load my cart! Steve pulled my product from the upper rack and also reminded me to register my product for warranty purposes. They are truly a credit to The Home Depot.

The lady mixing the paint was efficient and cheerful. She closed the containers carefully and labled each one with the formula and a dab of the actual paint color.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years. I never have any problem finding an associate to help me in any of the departments to help me find a part. The associates are always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and more than willing to help me. In fact, in most cases an associate will come up to me and ask if I need any help before I ask for it. The stores are always spotless and well stocked. I never need to go anywhere else. I love Home Depot!

While the store was clean and well organized, the Paint Department associates were rude, inefficient, and particularly unhelpful. They were absent from the area for over 10 minutes, and when they returned, they completely ignored me (the only person at the counter) for almost another 10 minutes until I called out asking if I was invisible. Then, I got no help at all (even though I asked nicely) in paint and color selection!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE STORE BECAUSE I CAN BRING MY LITTLE GIRLS INTO THE STORE, AND THEY FEEL THAT THEY ARE ON A SPECIAL OUTING. THEY LOVE TO STAND ON THEIR HIND LEGS AND WATCH EVERYONE AND ESPECIALLY THE SPECIAL ATTENTION THEY GET AND THE TREATS! I APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS OF THE ASSOCIATES AND THEY ALL KNOW MY LITTLE GIRLS AND LOVE TO SEE US COME IN. IT MAKES MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE MUCH MORE PLEASANT. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!

Honestly, I was more surprised by how strategically everything was dispersed throughout the store. Our company had moved offices that day, and my boss sent me out for some last minute supplies we needed, so I had quite a few items on my list and no idea where they would be in the store and how I'd know if I was getting all the right sizes/best price for quantities. However, as soon as I found one item (which was incredible easy to find, in a well-lit area with super clear tagging and pricing) I immediate found the next thing right near by. The store layout made sense, especially for someone who is super unfamiliar with a home improvement store. And then I was assisted very quickly without any awkwardness; the store associate was super confident in their service and I didn't feel like someone was going to help me out of obligation. And then I left knowing that I had everything I need, got the best deal, and felt confident enough to return. Good work, HD.

The Cashier's scanner would not scan the Veteran's Discount bar code, so he copied the bar code numbers (there must have been at least 15 of them) by hand into the register, so I could get my discount.

My landlord got the AC Unit for my house at the Home Depot in Bend. It is an LG unit for roughly $300. With the sweltering heat of 96 that we all endured, my landlord was kind enough to install this unit for me. When he installed it, my thermostat and the AC Unit itself registered 92 degrees INSIDE the house!!! Leaving it on overnight for 12 hours, from the time of installation, I woke up to my house a cool and comfortable 69 degrees!! This AC Unit ROCKS!!!!! It even comes with a remote control AND has a "dry" feature that sucks the moisture out of the humid air! So cool! :) I know in Bend lots of people don't have AC, but this little unit is small, and easy to install...and uninstall and store when we don't need it during the winter! I highly recommend this for any home or apartment that needs an AC and doesn't want to spend a bunch of money for a central air unit and a lot of hassle. This is /EASY/....and Home Depot, hats off to you guys and gals for being the awesome and helpful people you always are every single time I go there. A happy customer in a "cool" house! ~JKS

I notice that everyone was pretty knowledgeable when I was looking for items that I needed and they all greeted me with a smile along with humor. My experience with each employee felt like I have known them for awhile. If there was something that a employee could not find for me they were sure to find someone who could. Great place to shop!

I showed the cashier my Veteran's ID card, she acknowledged it, but I did not get the Veteran's discount. I should have checked the receipt before I left the store. By the time I drive back to Bend to complain, it will have cost me more than the discount in gas.

I love Home Depot. Easy in, Easy find, Easy out every time.

Went in to order window coverings and was helped by an outstanding young associate who was not only helpful but very knowledgable in the products that Home Depot carries. She made the whole transition seamless and a pleasure. I have never received such attentive service in any of the Home Depots in Central California where I recently moved from to Bend. I needed help finding moss for a living wall that I wanted to create. The associate was so friendly and offered some help in completing my project.

I just received a climbing rose plant a few days ago as a gift, but I have NO IDEA how to plant it, where it needs to go, what it requires, etc. I spoke to an associate, and she knew EXACTLY what I needed. Gave me tips, answered all my questions, and directed me towards items that will help. She was very friendly, patient, and actually seemed genuinely happy talking about roses.

This store is off tha chain yo! Every time I am up in there it be like a party! They got da coldest cats eva workin up in there! For real yo! Bend Home Depot is legit! Straight up realness!

I worked in retail for years, so very rarely do I give an excellent rating. There is always room for improvement. On 5/16/15 store was very busy, and aisles crowded with people. One aisle had support posts in it making for narrow aisle anyway. There was a large ladder parked in the aisle, making cart passage nearly impossible. One customer was so irritated he backed up to go out the other way, when he clearly wanted to get through. My husband moved the huge ladder out of the way so we could get to the bolts and nuts we needed. An associate arrived so I picked his brain about my project, as my husband went to another aisle, associate was friendly, helpful and jovial. I didn't bring up the ladder crowding the aisle.

Great store and location. Always shop there when I'm working on a room project! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Returns cashier Melody was super helpful and completed my return as well as getting another associate from electronics to assist me with further shopping

I found what I needed and got great help from the people who work here.

If it had not been for Sarah in paint, I probably would never go back to the N. Hwy 97 store unless I really had to! We wanted to simply buy exterior house paint and it was a chore First associate was basically rude and uninterested in helping us so we drove to Redmond store and got enough help there to buy a paint sample. We then went back to Hwy 97 to buy the paint we needed and the sample was not marked well enough to simply by 5 gallons of paint. They did not have 5 gal of base paint so we got all gallons - which was no big deal. But Sarah really had to work to determine what our sample paint was and mix us up the color we are now using. Sarah is a 10 and was incredible to work with. She was friend and caring and upset over us having to drive 80 miles and not be treated well. After working with Sarah we left the store shaking our heads, but also with a smile because we got to work with Sarah. Overall our experience was not very commendable.

Found what I needed. Bought it. That's about it!!!!

We have always come to home depot due to the clean, well stocked and friendly environment. It's nice to know the associates will assist us in our needs and include our kids in the conversations. They have always been a great resource to our specific needs. I would highly recommend Home Depot in Bend, Oregon to all of my friends.

I very rarely need help finding my way around, but when I do the employees are always willing with a smile. Tthe prices are so fair and the products are quality products.
