The employees at this store are always very nice and helpful! I'm not a contractor, handyman or anything like that, so it can be a bit confusing walking around the huge store looking for items. Having employees I can ask for help makes me more likely to shop there. The store was clean and had the item I was looking for. It was also in a convenient location. I have a competitor store closer to my house, but I don't like going there because the employees at that store are very rude. I will definitely visit this store again.

From the minute I walked through the front door there was someone there to help me. I was directed to the aisle I needed and was greeted by Ralph who assisted me with my water heater. He made sure I had all the additional parts that I needed for the job. So friendly and helpful and he knew what he was talking about .He pushed the flatbed to the cashier where he introduce me to the cashier,Nancy. Check out was fast and painless! The whole visit was quite a surprise, usually in the big box stores you can't find anyone to help you. Keep up the good work!!!

sale girl did not order correct amount of laminate flooring and then tried to say it was a miscommuncation between us. Wrong because she ordered the correct amount of underlayment. So frustrating because my contractor couldn't finish job and now he has to come back because the flooring has to be ordered which means extra money for me. Ugh!

The employees in the store we’re very helpful to me and have a smile on her face and we’re always happy no matter what. Very helpful Store and I will definitely go back. The store was very clean compared to other stores I may have went to purchase Home Depot is definitely my store to shop at from now on.

Good store

Veterans discount is very poor. Cashiers are not familiar or updated. Your made to jump thru hoops for a lousy 10%. For Veterans who served thier country its a disgrace.

The employees have always been very friendly and eager to help whenever I go to this store . Kudos to management.!

Customer service is very poor. Veterans policy needs to be updated. I recently visited your store and was assisted in the aisle and was happy, until I went to check out. I went to self service and asked for Veterans discount. The cashier asked for my ID, I showed my PA drivers license with the veterans preference Designation she said we don't take that. I then showed my VA ID, she said that it needed to say service connected. Does that mean that I needed to be disabled to get a veterans discount. The items I was tring to buy totaled $18. It sounds like discrimination to tell a veteran he needs to be disabled to get a discount. I said fine and said i'll pay using a credit balance. It was my daughter's, same last name, she asked to see my ID again declined it has to be in my name. I said fine I'll just pay and get out of here. My Home Depot CC was declined. I said there must be a mistake. She said I'd have to call the CC company, which I did when I got home no problem on thier end. This added to my frustration. At that point I asked for an MOD, she said she would get someone, I heard someone say she's on lunch. About 10 minutes later Liznet showed up. We played the same game with the Veterans discount she pointed to a display showing the acceptable ID's. I showed her my VA ID she said it needed to be service connected, i told her that it was discrimination, she then said I'll give it to you this time, not even a thank you for your service. Is this how Home Depot treats its Veteran customers. Then we went on to the credit balance, she finally caved on that. I then told her that I am a current employee of Home Depot Bustleton, to which she said they're not in our district were NJ metro. So much for professional curiosity. I asked if she could check my HD CC, without tring it again she said call the bank. I used another CC. All this for an $18 purchase. Now your response will probably be they were following SOP's. Well let me tell you I doubt if this would be handled this way at our store, I hope not! Anyway I don't plan on shopping at your store in the near future. I WILL definitely follow up on the veterans issues, it's a disgrace to be treated like this as a Veteran and another slap in the face as a current Home Depot employee.

Great employees who really help

I've been shopping this store since it was built in Bensalem PA, always enjoyed the store and enjoying the workers because I knew 90% of them. Now that times have changed & some employees have left and new ones have come in, it seems the employees have gotten less helpful and more ignorant. They don't take care of customers the way they should. It appears that some just come to put in their 40 hours and just collect a pay check.. Thank you....

Dan was so honest and helpful. Dan make sure to completely explain everything about my big purchase and was very clear that I understood how it was going to work from beginning to the install. For a big purchase item he made my shopping experience so smooth that I was literally in the store for less than 15 minutes I appreciate Dan so much he was so helpful and kind. Also the cashier Nancy was helpful when it came to check out

I went there with my husband to buy a shed a lady name Dana who drives a forklift was very rude and her attitude is horrible ! She gave us the worst customer service ever in front of my child screaming and loud with a very nasty attitude she denied helping us staying she couldn't help us , for 25 years she stayed works as forklift she have the worst customer service I ever see . The manager was polite she resolved and helped us , she send a few very good guys and they help us . We shop at this location nany time ,not sure we want to go back for employees like this lady who do not know what customer service means .

I expected buying 5 paint samples to be a rather easy trip to Home Depot. I went directly to the paint section picked out the 5 different samples I needed. I waited patiently for the 1 gentleman in front of me to be helped. This took about 15 minutes. When it was my turn I explained to the associate named John what colors I needed samples of. He told me no problem but that it would be a few minutes since there was someone in front of me. I explained to John that I needed a couple other items and I could grab those and come back. He said that should be fine. I came back and again waited patiently. The gentleman who was in front of me picked up his two gallons and I watched as John help another customer who walked up when I did the second time. At this point I assumed my paints were in the process of mixing. John then came over and asked what he could help me with. I explained that I was just waiting for the samples he took earlier. John snipped that since I had too many samples so he had to help other people first. Prior to this comment I had no issue waiting. I wouldn't have minded if he explained that he simply got pulled away and forgot to make my samples. I find it ridiculous that a "customer service representative" would insinuate that I can't be helped because I want to purchase product. I continued to wait for my samples. When John handed them to me he continued to go on that I needed too many samples for him to help me before people who came after me. He then, in a very condescending manor, said "Well here are your samples are you happy now?" I would recommend avoiding this store based on the way they treat their customers.

Very convenient with some knowledgeable employees, some who have been there for years.

Have always found this store to be clean and well stocked. The staff at this location are always very helpful, and never annoyed when you have a question. I prefer to shop at this location for home and work.

like i said previously the manager and asst mgrs are really great in this store..

The only reason why I rate this store as fair is because other employees being nice. The lady at the customer service station think she knows it all and is completely rude and will over talk you. Telling the manager I was lying about her being rude and over speaking me. Very low class. I have been in retail in supervisor and management positions and none of my employees would ever conduct themselves like that in front of a customer no matter if the customer was right or wrong.

The store employees are friendly....

sales agents very lazy, playing on phone. no interest in assisting consumer. letting consumers help load heavy doors on cart while they are sitting on their lazy butts. there were 3 available agents to help. my disabled husband had to help the associate that was loading the cart with 3 doors. Unprofessional, lazy young associates should be fired. ORDER ID H4103-99175. we requested brass hardware for our screen doors because we wanted to match the brass door knobs that we also purchased. WE GOT SILVER, our contractor installed the doors and the hardware does not match. Very unsatisfied. Been customers for over 20 years - will be rethinking that!!!!!!

I have been a resident of this area since May of 2018, and I love the fact that I live right around the corner from the store. Every employee so far has been very helpful and courtesy. Service and the products are always available for purchase. I am extremely satisfied with this location

A fun place to shop

i have been shopping at this HomeDepot for years. Always someone to help out. isles are always cleared out and if i cant find something someone can find another store that has it.

all was very cool
