All staff are (were) friendly during my visit to the store, especially Kimberly. she was very helpful and professional, I am definitely coming back to buy more stuff for my house.

The store was clean, and associates are very friendly. My children very much enjoy the workshops that are offered monthly at this store. I think this is a wonderful introduction to simple construction that gives them the confidence that is needed to attempt to build or repair things in the future. As a bonus, I get them excited about joining me while shopping for necessities.

went to get 5 key made. the lack of assistant needed buttons. had search for an assoiate for help. had to do this 3 times till someone showed up. removing the assistants need (call button) was a poor managment dission

I shopped online so I knew what I wanted. I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the correct area of the store. My toolbox was loaded on a cart then carried to my tuck and loaded onto it. When it didn't fit the associate facilitated the return and exchange. The second box was smaller and fit great. Quality products and top notch customer service...these will bring me back to the Biloxi store. This was my first visit to this store but it will not be my last!

I would always here football commentators say YOU CAN'T COACH THAT. certain things about a player makes him more special than the others and he just stands out above the others. Miss Melody is just what the commentators are talking about. Associates are told to be nice to the customers and help them and this is usually the case. If a person has the heart for the people, then the quality of the kindness will stand out head and shoulders about the rest. because the kindness is already there, This did not come from home depot, it was implanted in her long ago and as a result, many customers, including myself have received quality help from a quality person. Thanks again Home Depot for hiring people like her, and as a result, your business will grow because of the way the customers are made to feel when they walk in the door

I received special attention by an cashier named Melody who was going to lunch and she stopped her lunch short and waited on me because she saw me standing in line and she did this just so I did not have to wait in line.most people probably would have kept walking since they may have a short lunch and do not want to waste their time. She did not worry about that. all she was concerned about was me not having to wait and this is what Impressed me about her. Home depot needs more people like this in their organization.

Looked up items online to see that they were in stock. This was helpful and prevented a wasted trip. If the items were not "on hand" I would have ordered them for pick up at store when available. Great prices and selection.

The salesclerk asked me if she could help me as soon as I walked into the main store from the garden center. I needed a role of plastic to winterize my greenhouse. She walked me directly to it. The salesclerk who was working that department immediately began to assist me as to the size I needed. I was in and out of there in record time.

The store associates were Very friendly and easy to talk to.

I shop at Home Depot 3-4 times per week. It has a great selection and knowledgeable, friendly employees.

Do to the lack of salespeople not caring to help me I will never go back. They are good at poing toward an item across the store instead of waking with me to find it. The store could be better organized. First time shopper and so disappointed. D
