My daughter and I were tackling a recent plumbing issue while installing a new bathroom vanity and your employee Roland went above and beyond with his excellent knowledge and customer service in the plumbing department. Thank you. I would also like to recognize Kat in customer service and employee Brian L as always excellent and very pleasant and knowledgable. We will be switching to The Home Depot for all of our DIY needs from the "other" local big box competitor.

always enjoyed shopping here . everything is organized enough so you have no problem finding what your looking for. your lumber is in better condition then most lumber stores I've been too. I always tell people that this home depot gives you a better quality products for your money.

Everyone is so jolly. Today every employee i passed, that was not in a conversation, spoke to me. As usual I was running on a time schedule and i am sorry I did not respone as I should have. I could have said Merry Christmas or something nice, and all I said was helllo or some other stupid remark. Keep up the good PR. thank you for having a store in our area, we really need you.

Whenever I go in the store, if the greeter is busy helping another client there is always another employee that says hello and welcomes me. Product are always easy to find and if by chance the layout of things change, I usually have no issue finding help from someone who shows me the new location. It is always a pleasure shopping here.

purchase of window shades was helpful

A sales associate, seeing some hesitation, came to me and asked without prompting if they could be of assistance. I asked a product location, which they immediately provided. The product had a higher package quantity than I needed and a slightly higher cost than I wanted to pay. I checked online elsewhere for the same product which I found at a reduced price. On leaving, the same sales associate inquired if I found everything. I mentioned the package quantity and price, she offered initially a 10% reduction. I then mentioned the competitor's price; she said that she would match and better that price. I was sold by this Excellent Service.

I have found the Employee of this Store to be very Helpful and knowledgeable of the Products in their store. I didn't have to go searching through the Store for help, they were all working in their areas. I asked two Employees questions in two different ares and they didn't hesitate or have to ask another Employee for help. One Employee saw I was confused on what to buy for my windows to help with the draft, he came right over to help me. The store was clean and so were the Restrooms. Thank you!

On this visit to the store, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I located what I needed and quickly checked out. The cashier took the time to encourage me to enter their sweepstakes. This was a very pleasant shopping experience, and I was glad that I selected Home Depot for my purchase.

The thing that stands out the most is the customer service we receive when at Home Depot in Johnson City (actually Westover) as it has been always a top notch. Up until yesterday as it was a little different. See, my wife and I shop together, and yesterday when looking at some TOOLS, a gentleman approached us to help. The first words out of his mouth was "HI GUYS" (said in front of 2 other employees who were making jokes about sexuality) My first reply was, "This is my wife, SHE IS NOT A GUY " and they all shut up really fast and walked away. I know for fact this was complained about, this HI GUYS approach. This guy that made the comment was very tall and seemed to be some type of either "roaming employee" or someone with some type of authority as we saw him in many other areas in the store. This did not deter us from our goal of purchasing what w came for, a Cub Cadet Snowblower, but it sure did prove to us that the "retraining" that was promised several months ago, did not happen. Now some of you reading this might think it is plain funny and should not be a big deal, however, as you are entitled to your thoughts, we feel it is totally disrespectful. Maybe some women don't mind being called a guy, but the bigger issue is Down Right Respect because no one knows these days who is whom. HELLO FOLKS HOW MAY I BE OF ASSISTANCE would be respectful to ALL !!!! This alone caused the 3 star rating and not 5 - if this employee would have shown respect first, it would have been a 5 star visit !! Respect is Number 1 and represents the store policy's in general towards any customer !!!

Associates are friendly, When asked for help an associate was right there to show me what I was looking for and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable.

The Home Depot in Johnson City is by far the best Home Depot I have ever been in! Online ordering w/ in store pickup is very convenient and fast service. I use it all the time. Order online during my lunch break and pick up on my way home. Rarely have to wait in line. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked! I highly recommend this store!

STORE EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE ARE SO HELPFUL, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY MAKE SURE FROM BEGINNING TO END OF YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WALK OUT OF THERE HAPPY. IF I HAD TO RATE THIS STORE FROM 1-10 WHERE 10 IS THE BEST THEY WOULD GET A 20 FROM ME.

Isited several departments in the store, asking question of several employees. All were very helpful. If one could not answer my question, they found someone who could. As a not very “do it yourself” person, my questions were rather varied and I asked a lot of them. Everyone treated me very well, I never felt I was stupid or wasting their time. A wonderful staff!
