We are always doing home remodel updates. We have always found what we were looking for with ease and great assistance from the store employees. This store is always well stocked, neat & orderly and the employees are very knowledgeable when we ask specific questions about their products. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who asked where to go for the best service and selection for their projects.

Considering past years experience with Home Depot, I must say there has been a marked improvement in not only customer service, but the timely manner employees were available to help. In the past there never seemed to be anyone around that could help but my past three purchases found helpful people asking Me if I needed assistance, rather than looking high and low for help. I must say this made my shopping so much easier with quick in and out of the store with no frustration.

I visit the Johnson City store weekly throughout the year. The hours are great the stock is usually more than adequate for a do-it-yourselfer and most of the time the staff is available and helpful. The last few visits the staff has been turbo-charged even compared to the usual good service, all very helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience that brings me back over and over again.

Home Depot appears to have had a complete turnaround in their customer services. The past two times I was in need of assistance, there were knowledgeable employee's available and very willing to help. A great improvement over the past experiences I've had!

I've been coming to this store for about four years and absolutely love coming here. Anything I've ever needed was in stock. The store is easy to navigate thru and if you're lazy to look for something the greeter will tell you the exact location of what you need. The employees are, to me, the best part. The are very friendly, knowledgeable and will answer all you questions. Unless the store is extremely busy, they will most likely walk you to what you want. They are also skilled enough to guide you through how to do/use what you need to do. Can't say enough good things about this location, you need to check it out for yourself.

Recently my family and I undertook the large project of opening up a clothing store. We utilized Home Depot store 1252 to buy and build clothing racks and shelves out of black gas pipes, also paints and stains for reclaimed barnwood shelves and racks. On our first of countless visits to come Jay helped us place our initial large order of piping and assembly components. He worked with us to place our order for exactly what we would need. He also introduced me to the " pro contractor" program and savings on our order of piping. Due to this great service we have only returned to Home Depot for the remaining supplies and tools needed to complete the project. During the construction of the store Kevin in plumbing was outstanding in helping us with the piping and components needed and/ or cutting pipe down for us to make the exact measurements we needed to build the clothing racks and shelves. I have been and continue to be very impressed with the customer service and support offered by the staff in particular Jay and Kevin during this very trying and difficult project. My sincere thanks for your help !

Jennifer at the service desk was amazing! We bought something online and when it was sent it was a Used item, Needless to say we were not very happy! PLUS our credit card was charged 2 times. We had to take it back to the store (this was an hour away from my house) BUT once we got there we dealt with Jennifer at the service desk and let me just say she was GREAT she apologized immensely and tried her best to make it right. and She did make it right! She looked online and tried her best to help us find what we needed. With all the issues we had with the online order Jennifer made it right and we will be going there again because of her!

TTHE STORE WAS BRIGHT AND CLEAN AND HAD AMPLE AMOUNTS OF CARTS LARGE AND SMALL INSIDE THE LUMBER AREA-WHERE THEY WOULD BE USED. IT WAS VERY NICE TO SEE THEM THERE. THE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL THIS MORNING. JUST A PLEASANT DAY TO BE IN THIS HOME DEPOT ON MARCH 6 OF 2017

The store was clean, sufficiently stocked, the employees are always courteous and knowledgeable and the self check out is quick and easy.

We purchased a special order flooring and received the best help and concerns from all involved. The salesman was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and helped with our purchase. The service department and workers were exceptional when our order arrived. I would recommend this home improvement store over other big name chains. The customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Keep up the good work!

Easy to find what you need, employees are awful. Went there alone (female) and was talked down to, and had comments made to me by an employee, that due to my gender, apparently I'm unfit to be there and have no idea what I am doing. (I knew exactly what I needed, how much of it, and that's it.)

The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly and efficient. I needed assistance in the plumbing area and the associate, I think his name was Rick helped me locate what I needed.

I shopped in the Freeport LI store not the Binghampton store. My review was for Ray and Don at the Freeport, LI store. Please take note.
