I researched the products I was looking for at HomeDepot.com and was able to find them very easily in the store. I was unable to locate a product I didn't look up on the site, but there was a store associate who walked me right to the item I needed.

When I visit this store I am very confident that I will always be helped. I know this store like the back of my hand . Most of the time when at the store I know where to go and if not I've had no problem in finding an associate that could help me. Store usually has what I need. Their prices are pretty competitive and usually they are lower than the other big box stores. The staff always has a good attitude. It is often a quick stop to get what I need and I'm able to get back to work. No complaints.

Hi the day I took my disabled Mom to your store to select paint for her house there was only one electric cart that was in use. Needless to say our stay in your store was short lived and we would have bought more if she was able to get around.

We were very pleased as we entered the store to find an associate right there to direct us to exactly where we wanted to go. The store was clean and orderly, the personnel was friendly, available , and well informed. We found just what we were looking for, and were most pleased with the price we paid. We left the store very pleased and satisfied.

The Home Depot in Johnson City remains my preferred store. As a 20 year veteran, it was very nice when your cashier thanked me for my service when I showed my ID when receiving the military discount. In addition, the dedicated parking stall right up front veterans that I will not use because I was not injured in the line of duty, but it is greatly appreciated and I'm glad it's there for those that need it. The products were neat and organized on the shelves making it easier to find what I was looking for. Staff was helpful and polite.

It was very easy finding the things we were looking for. The aisles were not cluttered and the shelves were organized. Although we were asked if we needed help, their assistance was not needed. The cashier was very friendly, which ended our visit to the store on a good note. Highly recommend the store for shopping.
