Sturdy frame with a couple design flaws. There’s no side to side support for the mattress to stay in place when you climb into bed. I had to install 4 clamps around the corners to keep the mattress in place. And I used pipe insulation on the middle metal supports to protect my feet from being injured

I recently went to Home Depot looking for an item that was listed as clearance on their website. I could not locate it on the shelves but customer support aided me in finding the last unit they had sold to me. Tassiana was a great help. I bought a large butcher block board and staining materials

Mead is always willing to help or guide me in the right direction, thanks to him I opened Home Depot credit card which brings me rewards.

I tried to purchase some hanging flower baskets that were on sale in the ring up wrong I spoke to an associate and she says go take a picture I said I'm not going to take a picture call the manager. The manager comes over this is what's the problem I explain to us because go take a picture is that all you people know how to say? I went over I took a picture and came back and she says that's not the right product you have in your basket. I said look again this is exactly what it is exact explanation of what it is why you arguing with me. She reluctantly adjusted the price he walked away no thank you no have a good day no nothing I don't know that I like to shop at Home Depot anymore

I purchased my appliance 3 days ago. I have not yet use it.

I had the receipt, only 5 days ago, the return desk lady refused, and she called the supervisor Joyce who refused as well.

I am so glad to have this store near me. It is convenient to shop online or at the store. Variety of products to chose from and great prices. Associates are friendly and helpful.

I have always had excellent service even in mining for a product. This purchase was made extremely fast with the competence of the service manager, Shadya Rogers.

All the people were great and we had good friendly customer service and the guy who handled my keys that are a wonderful job. I think the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that the cards that you use for the store are overdue for maintenance or replacement. You gotta go through three or four cards to get a decent one. Other than that, everything on the store, the people in the friendliness and the overall options are great.

Great experience at The Home Depot. Jada was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and easy. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Big thanks to Jada — I’ll always go back to this location.

Great employees, great online ordering and delivery (five stars). However, the Bemis Weston Elongated Toilet Seat was cracked, missing a part, and was dirty (looked used, therefore one star). Back to the store it goes.

Gary and kitchens designed my kitchen for my new home. I was very pleased with his ideas for the kitchen. I love the design he came up with which I ultimately installed. We had to meet several times to find tune everything and he was extremely patient with me. Always very pleasant and always had a big smile. It was very welcoming to me every time I came into the store. I highly recommend Gary.

Overall I love Home Depot but the guy who was in the paint department was extremely rude, I really felt disrespected in front of my mother. Extremely unprofessional. I told him I never paint before and he told me that’s crazy and ask me if I couldn’t see.

I have a Home Depot close to my residence. But I choose to visit the Boca Raton store specially because of the hyper-personalized care I receive from Nazeem Hamada. I shall keep visiting the store. I have also referred friends to the store and asked them to reach out to Hamada if they run into any issues.

The people in the plumbing department & customer service have been very helpful, great service! Checkout is also good. Always a helpful employee overseeing.

All employees do a great job

My latest visit to Home Depot was at its Garden Center (Sept 2025). I visit that center a few times every season for my plants and flowers and garden supplies.

I needed something, but I needed help as well. I found both someone to help me and the item I needed.

Salesperson Marijean was fantastic.

I meet Sylvia at rhe cashier and she was very nice.

If you purchase a product, make sure it doesn't have tape or seal in it. It is already purchased by someone else and returned (probably taken away the part they need). If you go back to return, customer service folks thinks you are the only who has taken out the product and returning back.

Needed electrical material to complete a ceiling fan installation. For more than 10+ minutes, no employee was found which could help me. Had to stop one rushing by (not greeting, or how can I help), he then promised to find somebody, but nobody showed up.

I bought this on July 4th, and I receive an Excellent Service by the Sales Associate Jorge Montoya and Shadya in Customer Services, I appreciate this helping so much!.
