Online order associate does not match my name or order number with the information on my paper work with the label on the order. Tells me to go get my car bring to front of store. Has another associate load order (heavy object) into my van. I realize once home the order was not mine.

Employee Martin gave very good customer service.. He took me to the product and discussed the various possibilities . I was able to purchase the correct product for my needs.

I had a car accident in the parking lot a year ago and I wish there were a good camera outside to help me plead my case. I was unable to obtain and to get a good response from the management. Too bad

I have gone to this store for products for over 10 years and the employees there are knowledgeable and they always are available to help me find things I'm looking for or if I send someone to pick something up, they are always helpful

Great experience whenever we shop at the Home Depot. If you go, ask for Mead. He is the most helpful employee we ever encountered. He understood our needs and accompanied us to buy the merchandise we needed

Roselie in Customer Service was fantastic. Helpful, patient, excellent attention to detail -- even when her key board did not cooperate and she had to move to another computer, she kept right on task ensuring that my order was complete and accurate.!! Thank you!

Door dept person went home sick, no one to help. After 45 mins Mitch helped and was over the top awesome. He deserves a prize. Shadya too was a very friendly and kind cashier. Listen to me voice my frustrations and really great. HD is so fortunate to have these people. Help is scarce but most were otherwise kind

The Boca Raton Home Depot is exceptional compared with other Home Depot’s like the Pompano Beach Home Depot which is littered with garbage across the parking lot and shady people hanging out there. By comparison the Boca Raton Home Depot is emasculate and the employees like working in such a nice environment. I travel an additional 7 miles to shop in the Boca Raton Store. I wish that I took a picture of the garbage in the parking lot of the Pompano Beach store on Copans Road as I couldn’t believe it was part of the same retail chain. As the past owner of a ( 60) store retail chain which I sold I appreciate when managerment and employees take care of the place they spend the most time. The Boca Raton Manager and Rosalie the employee who assisted me are to be highly commended and the Pompano location needs lots of loving attention.

I experienced hidden costs when I received my estimate for carpet purchase/installation. ...Related to measurements, cost of padding and installation. It was a lot of work with inconsistent answers. After a small adjustment in price, I purchased the package anyway and I hope for the best.

Being assisted by the Carla the Cashier at Customer Service, to the completion of the purchase with the help of Dennis the manager, the experience was excellent. Everyone was kind, patient, informative and helpful.
