Great Purchase
I purchased a Samsung fridge for my garage from a recommendation from Benjamin. It is perfect for my needs and the price was great as well. We had a small problem with delivery which Shadya and Mirlene took care of for me the next day.

        From car salesman to appliance guru
        About eight months ago I had my first encounter with a gentleman named Steve at my Home Depot and he was wonderful. Now I was in the market to purchase three more kitchen appliances, and I specifically went on the day. I knew he would be there. He knows everything there is to know about every Appliance that Home Depot carries and for me that was a great relief! Keep up the good work, Steve I really appreciate you.

          Staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
          I am always greeted when I’m in the store, sometimes multiple times. Most sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. They know what’s expected of them and they go beyond that.

            Great customer service! See Kristy!
            We have purchased appliances at this store several times over the last 1 -2 years and every time that Kristy helps us it is the best possible experience. She is not only completely knowledgable about everything but is incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Shew deserves recognition, because she is always consistent in delivering this type of service. We specifically go further away just to shop at this location to receive her assistance for our purchases. She's the best!

                Ship to store order
                When I went to the store to pick up what I'd ordered online and was delivered to the store. The item was completely wrong and not what I ordered. But the personnel in the store were very helpful and very pleasant. Especially a manager named Lisa. She took care of the whole situation was able to substitute an item net definitely took care of the issue and made me happy. I really want to thank her and the couple people that assisted me prior to her. The personnel in the store have always been very good to me and helpful. The issue wasn't the stores fault it was wherever the source is for the item that was delivered wrong to the store.

                    Good customer service.
                    I was in Home Depot the other day a young lady approached me while I was looking at a new product that that store was revealing, which told me to might’ve been the assistant or the store manager, and she asked other associates to help and walk me over to the item. later I needed lumber and I got a 2 x 4 that I needed to cut the size while I was cutting the 2 x 4 which is pressure treat it was still wet. It was difficult to cut with the hands, and Associate came by and said I was sent to help you with cutting the 2 x 4. He said he was sent to help me cut the 2 x 4 which she did which I believe it was the same Associate that I had met earlier the young lady so I thanked them for their help.

                      When I entered the store and I’m in a wheelchair by the way, someone greeted me and asked what I needed. I needed three different things. She walked me around the store to get them. One thing we had to order online which she gladly did. I got it the next day free shipping? How easy is that. Turns out she is the store manager. Her name is Lindsay. The store was so clean. The aisles were clear and easy to get past in my wheelchair and this is what was when the stores just started to open. People would walk into what you needed. She was a breath of fresh air and really brightened My day Thanks so much, Lindsay. I really appreciate you. Michel

                        A NIGHTMARE!
                        My husband and I recently ordered a refrigerator for my daughter's condo in Pompano Beach, trusting a sales representative who seemed knowledgeable based on the dimensions we provided. He assured us he had chosen the perfect model, emphasizing the need for a specific cubic footage. Unfortunately, my instincts were right—he didn’t seem to grasp what he was doing. After enduring hours of anticipation for the delivery, we were met with disappointment when the refrigerator arrived, only to find it was the wrong size. To add to the frustration, my daughter is now stuck with a leaking, non-functional refrigerator. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with yet another setback— the representative informed me that her computer was down and that I would have to wait until the following day to order a replacement. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare! We deserve better service and efficiency, especially when it comes to essential appliances.

                              Finding a small metal clamp.
                              Eventually an employee freed himself from another customer but he could not find the item either. He tried though. Eventually I found one, not what I was looking for, but I was able to modify for my job. I recently bought a mower from Home Depot and am completely happy.

                                Poor customer service again & again
                                I keep hoping that at some point the store will have Better customer service. I visited your store looking for denatured alcohol but was unable to find it, so I asked a male employee with dark hair for assistance. Instead of helping, he simply told me it was in the next aisle. I explained that I had already looked but couldn’t find it, and his response was a dismissive “look again.” There were no other customers in the paint section, and he was not busy—he just couldn’t be bothered to assist me. It was clear he dismissed me because I was a woman. After searching again and still not finding it, I returned to him, where he was engaged in a personal conversation with another employee behind the counter. I waited politely for their discussion to end before asking once more for help. When I did, he looked visibly annoyed, as if I were inconveniencing him. Still, I remained calm and politely explained that I couldn’t find the product and asked if he would be willing to help me. His response? A heavy sigh before storming off toward the aisle without even checking to see if I was following. When I finally caught up with him, he pointed and said, “There,” in an exasperated tone before Attempting to walk away. Despite his rude and dismissive attitude, I still had a follow-up question, and I was not about to let his unprofessional behavior stop me from getting the information I needed. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, and I hope this matter is addressed.

                                  Home Depot is like a candy store to my husband and it’s a home away from home. They always have whatever we need from gardening material to lets fix the sink today or buy a new dishwasher. The older salesman with the mustache in the (washer/dryer/refrigerator/stove) department is always helpful and recommends the best products. He knows his stuff and answers all questions. This dishwasher we bought last summer is the best we’ve had out of the 3 over the past 5 years.

                                        Nice store. Where are the single women?
                                        This store was nice, clean, and organized. I always hear that single women go to Home Depot to find eligile single men. I found everything on my list except an attractive single woman. Perhaps Home Depot can designate a time where single shoppers can visit the store to buy DIY supplies and possibly land a date, too.

                                                It’s like the employees keep looking at each other to see which one is going to wait on you. It’s your turn now it’s your turn now it’s your turn and I just sit there and look at them and wonder how is it that they just don’t go home and make Home Depot a self-serve store.

                                                      We met Gary Penca to help us design our kitchen. He was absolutely spot on regarding all of are requirements and needs. After design was competed he was a big help in picking out knobs and pulls along with counter top.He is a great guy.
