Gregg T in the paint dept has excellent customer service skills. He goes above and beyond to help the customer find what they have in mind. He focuses in on the person and does not rush them through the process. I highly recommend you seek him out if you need extra help finding the right color or product.

Home deppot where shopping is a pleasure, not publix. lol

In general selection is picked over or not in stock. The quality of kitchen and bathroom fixures in stock are cheap. Home depot in general needs to have a bit more higher end products. You carry Delta, Moen, etc. but the selection is very poor and the very lowest quality in in their lines of products. I tried to find a bathroom tissue holder and walked out with NONE. A person from the cabinet department walked by and hounded me to reface my cabinets. I told him several times I am not doing that project right now and my kitchen needs a gut not a facelift. He continued on until I firmly told him I do not have the $$ to do the project and will gut. He said well if you want to spend 30k go ahead. Mmm. Not very good sales pitch and annoying.

When I walk into the store, there is someone ready to assist me. The staffs are very friendlyand knowledable with all their products. We love our Home Depot in West Boca.

This store was very clean and the store associates were very helpful. Not only that, they were very friendly. They went out of their way to say "hello" and "good morning". I was able to find what I needed and there was plenty in stock.

Had questions about a purchase and were recommended and item that we're very happy with. Had a problem getting price for a very specific product which they helped with. I shop here all the time and am very pleased with the selection, the prices and the staff.

Having no experience in designing a kitchen nor an understanding of the design or order process, I presumed that it was just a matter of preparing a drawing with dimensions of the space and choosing the style and brand of cabinet I wanted. I discovered there was so much more to it than simply that. I soon realized that I could not have chosen a better store in which to accomplish this effort in, with the time constraints I was working under. The service that I received was nothing short of amazing. I had to make my kitchen cabinet purchase (expiring finance offer) that day. Understanding this, the design consultant, committed to get this done. She walked me through the process, step by step and dedicated herself to developing a design and placing an order (it took hours). Her talent in design and knowledge of the product was uncompromising. Her attention to every detail was extraordinary. Her devotion in providing me a custom living space was humbling. Her effort was truly magnificent. It took more than just the efforts of the lead design consultant to get this done. She communicated with the representative of the manufacturer as we worked through the process. Another associate took interest and contributed in the kitchen design by offering suggestions. The manager, was very reassuring and supportive. The cashier stayed past her shift to make sure I completed the transaction. I walked in knowing nothing, I walked out with a customized kitchen receiving unparalleled service.

Sharon in appliances was awesome but Cindy at customer service was rude and provided no service. That is why I had rate it as average.

Everyone is very friendly here. The store has everything I need for my house. I never have to visit any other store when I am doing a home project.

This store has every thing you may need for the home and several exceptional employees.

Over all, it's an average store. The store is small and understaffed.

Went to store on 8/4/16. Both employees were so kind. One offered me ways to save money on the AC filters I needed and the other walked me to my car and helped me with my items; even shared with me the AC home services Home Depot offers. Will be back!

My visit was short and sweet. Everyone was pleasant, especially my cashier, Rhonda. She went above expectation to assist me, and with a smile to boot. Every visit I have at this location is good. I have never had a bad visit...and I visit this store a LOT!

It's a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot. The store is very clean, and the isles are not cluttered. If you need help, just ask for it...very attentive employees with great knowledge about the store. You will always find what your looking for.

The help I needed was readily available. The employees were courteous, knew the location of the product I was looking for and actually walked me to the product and helped me choose the correct product for the job.

I needed a large and heavy microwave put in my shopping cart. A passing associate asked if he could help me---Which he did. The cashier was professional and polite and the loading man took my cart to my car and loaded it. Great service with a smile and all this in 15 minutes!!

The store items were organised well. To bad some of your Employees were not very knowledged concerning their job.

My visit to this store was superb all the way. Plenty of parking, a clean and well stocked store and excellent employees such as cashiers Sharon and Alan. Bernie in building supplies/lumber was the highlight of the day though. He went above and beyond expectations with his incredible customer service with a smile. Thanks to Bernie and the entire staff.
