Friendly and helpful staff!

Great customer service and very friendly. I am a widow of two little girls and before my husband passed we had a remodeling business in which my husband shopped no where but Home Depot therefore we became part of the family there. When my husband took his life I had to find a hobby to make money so I started redoing furniture. The loyalty that Home Depot showed myself and my girls when we were living a nightmare and was incredible. They came together and raised money and just best ppl overall

My experience while trying to use the restroom there was violating at best. I closed the bathroom door when entering because I do not want any male to walk in behind me. A MALE employee then began to yell at me that the manager wants the doors open because of people not washing hands. THEN he proceeded to open the door and set it to remain open after I had already entered the restroom. (1) This is a violation of my privacy and (2) Why does this store not have any employee cleaning and sanitizing the doors and bathrooms?? Enough said.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The Employees were friendly and professional. Everyone was very helpful.

Home Depot has a great selection of products at a great price i really enjoy my Husky tools compressor and Riggid nail gun..

The cashier, Crystal was very helpful.

Being new to the area I have found reasons to visit the Home Depot on Airline several times. Each time there has been at least one employee that reminds me what exceptional service looks like. Thanks again Lo!!!

Employees, in general, are very helpful. I have been there numerous times and needed assistance and have always been able to find an employee that is a delight to work with. The employees are friendly and seem to like their job, which makes a huge difference over an employee who is mad.

Looking for new appliances? Missy is your girl. She went above and beyond for us today. Everything was in stock. She was as excited as we were when everything we were shopping for was much cheaper at Home Depot than it was at the other place.

I had a self-inflicted water leak under my sink and had no idea what I needed. Rhonda from hardware looked at the pictures I took and knew exactly what I needed.... went home and made Th e repair... very thankful for this knowledgeable person

I have shopped and purchased at this Home Depot store for just over 40 years. It consistently lives up to a high standard of quality and service with its associates as well as the products it stocks.

While the store is always clean and well stocked, it is the employees at the Bossier City store who always make my shopping enjoyable. If you stop any employee, anywhere in this store, and ask about an item, they can tell me what aisle, how far to go down and on which side to look. If that wasn't remarkable enough, they are more than happy to stop what they are doing at the time and walk me to the item; even at my insistence I can find it. As a VP of Sales, I realize the culture of this store is achieved from the management down. You can only train to a certain level; this is more of a buy/in, a shared vision. The management team of this store should be very proud of their employees, and what they have accomplished.

All of the employees at the Airline Drive Home Depot in Bossier City, Louisiana are friendly and efficient. The store is organized which makes finding things easy. I shop at this Home Depot only.

The store is dirty and disorganized. On hand quantities do not match what is listed online. Many of the employees are rude and almost all of them are incompetent. The quality of the products offered is a joke. By the time you leave here you're so frustrated you don't even want to work on the project you needed the supplies for in the first place.

The service that I received at the Home Depot store at Bossier City, LA was great. The employees there care about you from the moment you enter their Store. I'm just a client who often goes there to purchase household items that I need to maintain my house. I'm sure that anyone who goes there to purchase have experienced the same service that I always receive.
