The store and employees were great. The product selection was plentiful and the pricing was okay. Great experience.

I signed up online like they told you have too. The cashier asked for my phone number and said it isn't working. So I pay for my stuff and leave. In the parking lot I log in and it says everything is working. Small Ace honors the discount when you are standing there with picture military ID in hand.

Terrym working the garden center register was extremely friendly and cheerful. Store was clean and well organized.

I have been a customer of Bossier City Home Depot for years and years I've always walked in with a smile in my face and when I walk out I have a bigger smile because of their service they go over and above to please their customers

I have been coming to the Home Depot for a decade and have for the most part received exceptional customer service. Bring a recent visit. I had a negative experience with a returns clerk named Carolyn. That was rude, short with me, and walked away in the middle of a transaction.. that transaction was completed. I collected my own receipt as she had walked away. I would Recommend visiting this location as almost everyone out on the floor is very nice and helpful. I would recommend avoiding the returns counter as you may potentially reach some rude individuals.

I BOUGHT A BATTERY WITH MY HUSBAND FOR OUR RIDING LAWN MOWER. WE HAD OUR CORE. THE BATTERY WAS 59.95. WITH A 12 DOLLAR CORE CHARGE. HE GOT HIS MILITARY DISCOUNT OF 6 DOLLARS. BUT HE RECEIPT SHOWED A 12 DOLLAR CORE CHARGE REMOVED BUT IN REALITY IT WAWS NOT BECAUSE THER WAS A 71 DOLLAR CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. MHY HUSBAND WENT BACK IN THE SOTRE AND RAISED HEL WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY FINALLY REFUNDED THE 12 DOLLARS. WUPN LEAVING HE TOLD ME AFTER OUR BILL IS PAID WE ARE NEVER SHOPPING THER AGAIN. THERE ARE NO REGESTERS WITH PEOPLE ONLY SELF CHECKOUT SO THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ETO PAYH ANYBODY AND THE CUSTOMER WORKS FOR FREE. AND THE COMPANY BOASTING ABOUT SUPORTING HERSHELL WALKER

I have ALWAYS obtained excellent Bossier City, LA Home Depot customer service , excellent product quality and excellent product prices.

I WONDER IF THE MOSTLY MEXICAN STAFF TREAT THEIR OWN RACE LIKE THEY TREAT OTHER RACES OR ARE THEY JUST LAZY BECAUSE THEY CANNOT TAKE A NAP AT LUNCHTIME.

Such a great experience talking with our appliance specialty, Judy. She had knowledge of the appliances we were interested in and was very pleasant. She never rushed us and even stayed past her time to get off to make sure we were taken care of. Wonderful help!

I was made to leave the hardware isle while shopping for material so they could bring a stock picker down the isle. Which is total BS!!
