I bought a new zero turn mower at this store and I must have been at the right place, right time cause I got a real good deal.

The Bowling Green Home Depot is clean, well stocked, and full of friendly, knowledgeable associates. Every time we go to Home Depot, they have what I’m looking for. Its easy to get in and out.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and I was so excited that I found the Husky leather gloves on sale.

We were shopping 30 minutes before closing in an empty store. The staff were all patient and helpful and didn't seem to want to rush us out.

Kristin waited on me. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She told me everything I needed to know.

Thanks for Michelle and jeff...the rest of the crew is awesome too but I mainly shop at paint where they are

Bought a range and microwave with the help of the most friendly knowledgeable supervisor in the store named Jacquie!! Look for her every time I go now. She just really cares and does a great job and it shows.

Our Family needed to find a Christmas Tree, and it was already into the first week of December, when we found a tree at another major retailer, via web site. When the tree arrived, it was completely not what was pictured, and we sent it back the next day. Being more cautions, we wet to Home Depot, where they had trees, and we found the one we wanted. After getting the tree home, we set it up that night, and it exceeded our expectations. Look no further - Quality Trees are at Home Depot.

I was looking for a Behr paint color that I had used in a project 30 years ago. Gavin, the great, found it in a computer file and made it up in a sample for me to preview. It was exactly the color I was remembering and had come to find! Thank you Gavin. Highest honors.

If you are in need of help in Appliances or plumbing ask for Sales associate John Wiliams. He is wonderful and very knowledgeable gentlemen!

Each employee we have come in contact with has been awesome. We particularly appreciate the wonderful ladies at the self check out. We prefer shopping in this location because they are there if needed, but do not hover over one. Spectacularly, a couple of weeks ago I stopped a customer who I thought was part of the help, for help in locating a specific item. She did not work there, but said she worked at a Home Depot in a different city, and she was able to help me locate my store needs. She stated all Home Depots were set up exactly the same and for this I am grateful. We also deeply appreciate the fact you now allow a discount for military and retired, including the spouses. Lovely customer service.

I rarely give a negative review. Unfortunately I was directed by an employee to purchase a large item online that was not in the store. I did so. I also ordered a second small item. The small item was delivered, but not the large item (over 100 lbs in big box) . I received an email that my items were delivered. I then spent hours calling customer service at Home Depot online then being transferred back and forth to my local store. Manager I spoke with locally was argumentative and advised I contact the 3rd party delivery vendor. I ordered from Home Depot! Why am I being advised to track down the 3rd left vendor their company used! I finally was able to get reimbursed for the large item $345 that I didn’t receive, but I’m still out $35 for a delivery fee at this point. The employees at my local store are usually very nice. I can not believe how unwilling the store was to assist me

Just ask for help and someone will come help you. It’s the best thing ever!

I am fixing up a house for my mother and have been in and out of this store MANY times lately. Everyone has been very helpful and stopped to help with even my simplest questions. Great employees.

Charles Hall went above and beyond to help my husband and I find what we were looking for. Several items (light fixtures) had just came in and were not currently out but instead of saying he couldn’t locate them, he ran around to find them. Exceptional customer service. Even walked up to us afterwards while we were looking for different items just to see what he could help with!

This may have been my favorite The Home Depot trip ever the employees are super helpful and super friendly and knowledgeable great job team

I just made another trip for new carpenters pencils and a new square. Found it all. Checked out by myself. Good trip. I like BG HD. I always shop here over Lowes…
