Lee found all of the grout cleaning tools I needed. On top of that, he walked me to the cleaning supply aisle and showed me Zep Grout Cleaner. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is going to save me a couple thousand dollars since I won’t need to tear out the ceramic tile in my kitchen.

Very bad customer service
An employee let a $3000 package I bought go out the doors without confirmation or checking driver's license to prove it was me. So someone else is enjoying my roof and my home is wet inside. And no one at home depot in Madison,TN will return my calls or give me any answers. They couldn't even confirm that my credit card number was safe so had to also cancel my card.
I truly hope and pray someone does the right thing and this gets resolved and soon!

Friendly staff
Overall this is a good Home Depot store. Staff is helpful and friendly. Today, I bought flowers. It was well stocked and they had a few decent sales.

Don't ask them to price match their own website.
If you find a product that is cheaper on their own website than it is in their stores, you may want to think twice about asking for them to match it. I drove 45 minutes from Clarksville to Madison to get a saw and asked for a $15 price match, took almost 15 minutes for their manager to finally give approval. So be prepared to be willing to spend a minute of your life for every dollar in price match you're asking for.
