I purchased yesterday and it looks awful. Discolored and not in good shape.

Not cool. They put someone else's pallet of boards onto my bed cover. You do not put weight onto bed covers. Thanks guys.

True in the cabinet department is fantastic. She is friendly and helpful. She returns calls and emails as promised. She is a great asset to Home Depot in Bozeman.

DARLA was great help. We had some good giggles and she made sure we were taken care of clear up to check out. Several others walked right by us.

I do a lot of carpentry and go in and out of a lot hardware stores. Unfortunately this HD has let me down the most. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because for the most part I am happy with this store but their lumber department has let me down. They don't tend to keep the lumber stocked when there is more in the steel. They like to let the junky lumber sit in the steel, maybe thats their direction in hopes that someone buys it? The store can be a little messy. Overall Ive been happy with this location and will continue to shop there but I do see room for improvement.

Went in to buy a power tool that was recently on sale. They ended the sale just before Father’s Day and were having another sale for Father’s Day. We asked if they could give us the sale price as we needed to make the purchase that day. Even though we were days after and days before the sale we were refused the sale price!

If you need help with a product be prepared to spend a few hours in store just to get the wrong thing

Most of what o needed was available and once I approached a sales associate I was able to locate items not visible on aisle

All my purchases there have been quality products and pricing is always great .

Have visited this store several times. It has the worst customer service of any store I have ever visited. Employess have been unknowledgeable about the products they are selling and have even been directly lied to by one employee. Have had to wait over a half hour after several inquires just to get help getting a product down from an upper shelf or have a question answered. Other people in the area have said go to Helena. Now I see why.

I went to Bozeman Home Depot to buy a toilet and bathroom cabinet the staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The management and supervisors even will help you. They aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty. I like Home Depot because they help me and can answer my questions.

Drove 174 miles to purchase a refrigerator for $1800 Associate informs me that policy does not allow floor models to be sold but I can order it. Seriously flawed policy. I guess Home Depot doesn’t need the $1800

Use self checkout if possible. They very seldom have more than one checker and she is always grumpy and slow.

Went in for my interview but nobody showed up , I arrived 15 minutes early like I was asked. When it was time for my interview still nobody came out to greet me? I waited for 10 more minutes then left.

Home Depot is always my first go to shop for all things project and life. I always bring my service dog/puppy and he loves to show off how good he can be. He and I do miss the treats that employees used to give...:-( but the lumber is straight and smiles still matter.

Home Depot had become the official location to walk your dog on a cold day.

I’ve shopped here for several years it used to be so nice. I went to buy a gallon of paint yesterday and had to use the self checkout bc there were no cashiers. The lady working there looked over my shoulder and asked if I was going to pay for the sample - I had purchased it back in august it was covered in paint and half empty i brought it in for color match - I told her I had paid for it already and she acted like she didn’t believe me. I can’t believe this is what it’s like now here in BZN MT - I had to prove to her it was paid for back in august. So sad . If HD fears people are stealing why don’t they bring cashiers back? I know I’d appreciate it especially after this experience. I can’t explain it but it left me so depressed. I will avoid HD in the future it will only be last resort from now on.

Thank you a Chrissy for making sure I could find a Christmas tree. I traveled from out of town to pick up a tree that I was sold but it wasn’t available. Chrissy and her team found me a tree that I loved and price matched it to the tree that I had ordered. They made my trip worth the drive and I am so thankful for them! Thank you Bozeman customer service staff, especially Chrissy!

A young man working there assisted me with two things I was looking for, he was helpful, quick and guided me the whole time.

They use all the flat goods carts for inventory.
