I recently had some plumbing problems and went to the plumbing section to try and find a solution to the problems that I have. Perry helped me and was so helpful with the plumbing and equipment knowledge he has. He is always very friendly and helpful whether it is in his section or other sections of the store. I appreciate the fact that I left the store with the solution that I needed. Perry is an asset to your store.

I have never been disappointed any time I have gone into the Store with all the personal service I have received. Everyone in there is very throughly informed on their department and solutions to any problem I can dream up and I have a lot!

Terrible customer service on a Sunday morning when the store was virtually empty. Please don't ignore me when I'm standing at the contractor sales desk with a Visa Card in my hand! I felt that I was bothering the disinterested "sales" associate when I finally got his attention. The gal who was probably a supervisor sitting at her desk staring at her computer monitor with boredom only had to smile and say "we'll be right with you!" but, even knowing that I was standing there waiting for 'customer service', chose to ignore me. I was INVISIBLE! The Kohler cast iron tub that I was finally able to purchase was badly damaged due to mishandling and neglect. It was stored finished side down! Wow, nobody seems to care anymore. I have had good customer service before here but today sucked. BAD MANAGEMENT.

Clean store and quality employees! Deborah helped me choose the right washer, dryer and dish washer! She was very helpful!

Received excellent customer service and Perry went above and beyond to help us ladies install a power cord into a recently purchased garbage disposal. We were clueless! He was patient and very kind! Home Depot is always a great stop.

We had an unconventional plumbing situation we were trying to trouble shoot. We received AMAZING support from Home Depot staff Perry. He took a lot of time to understand what we were working with and then brainstormed a solution for us. We would have been unable to resolve our issue without his knowledge and expertise!

Highly recommend this location. Clean, well staffed and extremely friendly and helpful employees. AND, if you're looking for assistance in any water heater or general plumbing areas, ask for Perry! HE. IS. THE. BEST!

Rod Maclean at Bozeman Home Depot is very knowledgeable and helpful. He's actually helped me with tips and advice on three occasions at Home Depot; I look for him when I go to Home Depot now.

The Employees were most helpful in the tile department and a Young man named Jeremy helped us load our tiles in the car he was a breath of fresh air I wanted to just take him home Thank You Jeremy

Marina in the Garden Center was very helpful despite the checkout machine not working right. The line for checkout grew long and she was patient and nice to all the somewhat frustrated customers.
