the lady at the self check out was very friendly.

Nice smaller store with what you need. Employees are nice for the most part, but you get a few that seem like they don't want to be there.

Great selection of home improvement items, top quality brands and helpful employees.

I appreciate the way HD handles the virus thing. Much better than the other home improvement store.

Shout out to all the employees that helped, Becky in appliance was very helpful every time we were there, also the girls upfront philice and Sue Wes in management and a big thanks to Lance who did all the heavy work loading the car!

I’ve made three trips to Home Depot in the last 2 months the first two I left without purchasing anything due to the rude nature of several employees . Prior to visit 1, I made several attempts to reach an employee by phone where I was repeatedly hung up on . When I finally reached an employee by phone they grumbled and made it clear I was Inconveniencing them . My second trip into Home Depot a man from near the “door” dept Basically refused to help me because my question on the air conditioner stationed near his dept wasn’t his “area” . He grumbled and was very rude when I asked if someone could help me lift the ginormous AC onto a cart . In the end I left without purchasing the AC. Trip 3 I was welcomed and helped by Cheryl in flooring , she was amazingly helpful and pleasant , because of her I will consider returning .

The store was clean and staffed with helpful employees. Material I needed was there. An employee stopped what he was doing and took me right to the location of the material I needed and wished me a good day as I left to check out

The store has the proper systems in place as much as they control, I generally shop HD because they are well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. However to be told my in store order could be picked up in a week and 10 days and 3 call attempts to talk with someone in the Pro area I was told the had not shipped and they had no clue when it would arrive. I was then told they would have James call me back in “attempt “to cancel

I've noticed a general organization and employee attitude improvement. Not that is was ever bad, but these changes cause me to think that there were recent management changes. In any event, Becca and Cheryl B are assets that serve you well.

I was surprised to find what we wanted/needed in stock! We figured we would find what we liked and then have to order it, but we left the store with everything we needed to finish my bathrooms.

I was suprised to know that there was a veterans discout. Only because the one time I was asked if I was a veteran, only becaus I was wearing my Navy cap. Most of the time I don't wear a cap. I like that. Thanks Mike

Great experience at this Home Depot store! Great customer service and found the products I needed. I would much prefer to shop here rather than the other home improvement stores!!! Home Depot has better quality products when compared to the "cheaper" home improvement places.

the B/B store keeps getting better and better. I’ve shopped there for years and the overall experience gets better. Definitely my first choice when in the B/B area. Store is neat and clean, employees are friendly and helpful, merchandise is presented well, selection is very good and special pricing is super competitive.
