It was nice shopping here, the store was clean and the associates were friendly.

As a pro drywall installer/finisher it is nice to visit a store with drywall in front. I can pull up load a cart and get out in half the time of the Green Store.

It is very refreshing to talk with someone who is passionate about what they do and the knowledge that they can share with you when I was inquiring about gardening. Philimenia was my cashier and was very passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I enjoy my visits to Home Depot because I can talk with the associates and they can provide me with the information or answers that I need to start or complete my projects. This is our go to Home Depot. We do have 2 others that are equally close to shop at. However the sales associates in this store seem to be more knowledgeable, upbeat and friendly.

I came here to shop for shelves to help me get my house organized. The selection was great, and a store associate helped me put things into a cart. I am a disabled veteran with a PTSD service dog, and everyone was so kind to me. The store associates helped me out so much. A lot of times I am hesitant to go shopping, because I get panic attacks, but the associates at this Home Depot made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I feel so comfortable about asking questions about products, where at some stores they make you feel like a dummy. I really love the store a lot and visit it often. If I need help putting something in my cart, I don't need to look all over the store to find help. The store associates always have a smile on their faces and are eager to help me. If I need help putting something in my car, they are so helpful and kind. I wish more stores were like this. I love coming to the Brooklyn Park Home Depot!

I love this store! Store associates are so cheerful and helpful. Things are easy to find, and the prices are great. I am a disabled veteran and I have a service dog, and at other stores I get stared at and sales clerks are not as helpful. But when I come to the Brooklyn Park Home Depot store, I feel so comfortable. They are so nice to me, and help me when I need help. This store is my favorite places to go shopping because they make me feel welcome here, and they don't look down on me because I am disabled and have to wear leg braces and a back brace. I don't get this feeling at Target or Walmart or Menards. There I get treated like an alien, they really don't want to help me or have anything to do with me. But here at the Brooklyn Park Home Depot, I always get great customer service, and that's why I keep coming back.

The store is a good place to get your home materials. The Associates are very helpful and friendly. I love how clean the store is, and I also love the associates, they are very respectful to all customers.

Whatever I need for home maintenance & repair, Home Depot has it. Always plenty of help finding products. Advice is always available. My children regularly give me gift cards for this store.

be prepared to ring up, ring up and lift your own product including checking yourself out. Staff roams around trying to look busy, but when it comes to actually lifting a finger they turn their back to you. Im not going to ring up my lawn furniture. That is the least that they could do....

The store I went to was as neat and clean as I would expect to find. Had a little trouble finding my tiller but not a problem.

I experienced a very positive experience at the checkout. The cashier was friendly, accurate, and GENUINE. The day had started with a few challenges however our cashier managed to put a positive spin on our day with a pleasant disposition and a kind gesture. Thanks for the day brightener!

The spring flower / garden shopping started a little earlier than usual (for me) and I was very happy to see the garden department was stocked full and had quiet a variety to pick from. I was able to find everything I needed that day. I've already received many complements on all the flowers in the front yard. (And I've been telling everyone where they came from.) Thank you!

Roger saved us A LOT of time looking for the various sizes of bolts, washers and nuts that we needed - we needed quite a few. I expected to spend quite a bit of time going through the selection in the aisle, then Roger asked if he could help. He knew exactly where to look to get each size, saving me the time and trouble of walking up and down the aisle looking for them.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. I occasionally have a problem with wood products, but will still shop here first if I need anything for home improvements.

I have always found great plants and many varieties to chose from in your store. This visit did not disappoint me. Found everything I wanted for my rock garden and the plants were all healthy and vibrant. This is where I go for my garden needs.

This location is always clean and organized. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

As usual, I found what I needed quickly. Twice I was offered help with handling my purchase. The cashier was very friendly.
