Cashier ROCKS
my cashier Susan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her job description to help me tackle an issue I had with wood trim that I purchased. The employee in the molding and trim department, however sucked. He did not offer to help and just told me that it takes time to hand cut wood. I’m a 59-year-old woman and the right thing for that employee would’ve been to ask if I needed help. I think the employees need more training on the floor.

Excellent customer service as always
Excellent customer service as always I drive by multiple Home Depot‘s to shop at this particular store. I love how I’m treated I love the customer service I love having Lois check me out and I love being able to chat with Monika about products everyone goes above and beyond and that’s why I continue to shop at this store primarily 99% of the time my purchases are through this store
