I was walking past the Service Desk carrying my Snow Joe electric snow blower) and Bernice offered to ring me up at the Service desk, and then helped me find some electrical tape, and got me a cart and someone to help me load. I don't mind carrying stuff ( I've walked all Home Depot wrestling 4 or 5 8 foot 1 x 2s, ) but her way was WAY easier. Thanks, Bernice!

As I have come to expect from Home Depot, this store was well organized, clean and orderly. The associates I dealt with were courteous and helpful. Even though the item I was there to find wasn't available, I was able to find a substitute that will be suitable for my needs.

Great assistance and cashiers. Some products is a bit overpriced, especially simple glass shelfs, brackets etc. The variety of anchors for screws wasn't big enough, very small selection. Overall very pleasant experience.

At some box stores, sales associates can be hard to locate if you need assistance. Not so at this Home Depot. Was asked several times during my visit if I had any questions or needed help finding anything. Very friendly staff, and things laid out in well-lit, easy to find locations. Will be shopping there again soon!

This is a very large Home Depot in the Cleveland area. I love all of the Home Depot stores in the area because the people are very helpful and go beyond expectations. One employee told me about my tire being very low. Another taught me how to use a drain snake effectively. Others help with product selection for our rehab business. We can order over the internet and go in to pick up the products. It is great to have everything I need under one roof, anywhere I go in the country!
