Good store.

Bob helped me get my hinges and he was great

Lots of staff on hand to help with needs. Not like Lowe's where you can never find anyone to help you.

I like the layout and selection at this store and compared to a few others in my area it's always clean and you can find an associate to assist if needed.

If you want to be treated like a criminal/theif at checkout, then this store is for you.

Everyone who works here is beyond helpful. We never have to hunt for an employee when we need to ask for help as there is always someone close by and they usually approach us. We will be heading to the Brooklyn Home Depot any time we have a home improvement project, big or small.

Have always had great service. Even when there was an issue. Robert did an exceptional job handling my issues.

This store sucks. Watch out for the unfriendly employees and for the prices*** they list one thing by the item and charge you a lot more at the register.

I love this location. It is neat and clean and the customer service reps are friendly. Most importantly the lines move very quickly at the customer service counter.

The customer service was super excellent, the store was clean, our product was in stock! We were very happy shoppers!

This store a d the employees are awesome...especially the management. If one of the managers sees you they go out of their way to make the store your "toolbox".

Theemployees in this store are wonderful. They take the time to help you look for things and get them down for you if they're up above in the racking.

Never going back. Got charged twice for sales tax because the dumb blonde was talking more than paying attention to her job. That’s why I don’t like ur store. Ur associate at the checkout is a dumb

New parking lot now has NO handicapped spots near exits, where handicapped customers are now burdened with purchases. New checkout arrangements has two registers in one line which causes customers to try to maneuver around other customers and their merchandise. Folks are standing bewildered at checkout because clerks are apparently not assigned to a specific register and no one is sure where to go.

Great to work with if you need to send your guys in and pay over the phone. Love this store!!

Water your plants in the garden center.

Store always has what i need. Easy to find the department. 9/10 staff is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. Ron in paint is awesome and knows everything about everything in the paint department. Mary in the nail/screw department is quick to assist and helps to find the correct product super fast. Brett is very polite and always willing to help me load and secure things in car. There is a lady in garden supplies that is so friendly and helpful. Great crew!! Customer service desk makes returns painless. I have other stores i could be going to, but these folks and good inventory keep me coming back. Thank you.

All associates are always pleasant and very helpful. Store is clean and well stocked...love shopping here.

Store needs to be cleaned - to much clutter.

Ivy in the paint section is one of the rudest employees I have had to deal with. She needs to either retire or not work in customer service.

Larry and other associates in the tool rental department were so helpful and friendly.
