Everytime I visit this home depot I can never find what I am looking for and have to shop online it's the only lumber yard in town the next closer yard is 1 1/2 hrs away for being an only lumber yard you would think it would be stocked

I carried out my transaction over the phone because I live 38 miles from Brownwood, I ordered a upright freezer with the help of a Home Depot associate, that was very efficient and helpful.

The store was very clean and organized the staff was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the help I got, and the employees don't try any pressure sales. I liked looking around the store getting ideas as I walked the isles.

The greeter was new, but was able to send us to the right associate to help us find what we needed. Everyone was friendly and aware of our presence in the store. Loved the help, attention and the overall experience.

poor product knowledge in garden center from 2 associates. Went in looking for winterizer fertlizer and left with none

I don't know who the new store manager is, but "hats off" to him. I have complained about a couple things for the past 10 years. I never saw any real action from those complaints until recently. I didn't like all the people parking in the loading zone, using it for VIP parking. My last complaint was answered, and I see real actions that have fixed the problem. I also complained about no carts available because they were all in the parking lot. I have noticed a huge improvement since then. Obviously, this manager reads these reviews and reacts appropriately. Thank you so much.

Associates are very courteous, calm and eager to help! Store is very well stocked and maintained. As a former employee of Home Depot I'd rate this as one of the best experiences I've had!

The associated are always very helpful and very friendly we go in there almost every single day. They know is by name and make you feel like family.

Quick trip to the store. I was in and out in just a few minutes with help from an associate.

I have shopped at this store several times due to lack of alternatives in my area. Usually I have to find what I need alone and associates are hiding somewhere. This trip was totally different. The associates were readily available and willing to help. They seemed to have some knowledge of the store layout and available products. A small woman associate in the lumber department fished out 2X4s for me in a stack low to the floor. I wish I remembered her name. This was such an above and beyond expectations thing to do. I really appreciated it.

Parking right near the store entry. Cool blast of refrigerated air as we entered brought relief from heat outside and a smile! Easily found commode to fit our budget. Easy & expedient checkout. Overall a quick and easy experience!.

My Home Depot has most everything I need in one place. I am so glad to have this store in my small town as I don't have to travel to a larger city for what I need. Should they don't have what I want or need, I can order it online and pick it up at the store with no shipping charges. Thanks for coming to our town!

I go to this store, on average 5 times a week. Not by choice, but by necessity. If I have major purchases, I drive 90 miles to Abilene, where I have better choices and prices. Most of all, I go to Abilene for major purchases because it is impossible to get large orders loaded at the Brownwood Home Depot. The loading zone is always clogged with vehicles who consider it a VIP parking zone. IT is worst on weekends. Out of 10 trips to the store, I might be able to pull into the loading area once. I have complained on their survey constantly for 10 years now and I have seen no improvement. No new signage, nothing. You cant even read the faded signs that say "loading zone".

Evrerything is easy to find with the proper label, nice associates

Most home building centers have almost identical merchandise, what makes them stand out is the employees and their attitude towards the customer, we have found the staff at Brownwood Home Depot always willing to assist. It is a pleasure to have some help that truly seems to want to assist.

Brenda was very helpful with our order. She ordered the item and helped load the truck with the other purchases.

Associate was very helpful in selecting the right tools for the job. Worth the trip.
