Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

We have shopped at this store after moving to this area 4.5 years ago. We are restoring an old home and always find the products we need. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is orderly and clean. We highly recommend this store.

A PERSON MAY PARK CLOSE TO THE FRONT DOOR THINKING IT WILL SAVE TIME AND EFFORT. WRONG. THERE ARE NO SELF CHECKOUTS AT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

I live six hours away from Brownwood. My younger brother lives there and he broke his lawnmower and truly needed to mow his yard. The young woman who assisted me in purchasing via telephone was so amazing and kind! Thank you for your help!

My husband and I went in to pick out windows for our new home and Anita and Hudson were amazing in helping us design out windows. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I will definitely come back.

I needed a new stem for a faucet, and was helped by a wonderful employee. Found it quick ! I purchased a shop vac , and a new gas grill. I had great help on that as well !

Had to go in 5 times to get 5 gallon buckets that were on top shelf for over a week, can NEVER find help when you need it, they allow load out to be blocked for literally hours with people going in to shop. They allow employees to park in contractor trailer parking. POORLY MANAGED, rude manager!

I live in rural Comanche County and drive to Brownwood’s Home Depot because of their excellent garden center. The variety of agaves, succulents, and cacti is amazing. The plants are always healthy, priced well, and adaptable to the area’s planting zone. If you see Nora in the garden center, you can ask her about any plant - she is a wealth of knowledge.

I was so impressed with Monica, a floor rep, from the Home Depot store in Brownwood, TX. She spent time with me picking out flooring, delivering it to the front and walking me through the process of paying for the flooring. This was a large purchase and it denied my card to to a system error. We finally got it resolved and were able to get the card to work. Monica was just simply the most patient, friendly employee that I have experienced at any Home Depot. I was so impressed with her that I feel Home Depot should know that she is a great asset to their store. Good job Monica!

Megan in the Brownwood Home Depot was extremely patient with me, very helpful and knowledgeable in many areas of the store. Megan said she would call me back on a part that did not ship with my doors. Megan called me back and shipped the part to me. I was promised that on previous trips and did not receive the follow up promised. Thank You Megan? You are a tremendous asset to the Home Depot. I hope they reward you for being a great Employee! The Home Depot in Brownwood has, over the years, proved to be the best source for all kinds of products...whether appliances or home repair needs. I would give this store and 4 star rating.

This Home Depot in Brownwood Texas is amazing, David, the manager, is top notch and has this place running great, then you have an exceptional employees like Jess, Kim, DeeDee McKayla at the pro desk.

The customer in front of me was being difficult and a little rude and the cashier Lara handled him with respect and great tact. Was very impressed

There is a young man employed there that is taking up space where another could be working. On 7-10-21 I was there and bought 12 bags of Quickcrete among other things. Justin watched me load 8 bags as he pretended to blow off the nearby parking lot. Then he came over and asked how many bags I was getting. I replied 12 and he watch this 56 year old man load another 4 bags and then he wanted to see my ticket! I told him he had abandoned his post and left it as an honor system and that he needed to mosey along. He said again that he needed to see my ticket. I told him that it was in the truck and he could get it if he wanted to see it and he said, no I want you to get it! You know, I am used to the younger generation being lazy compared to other generations but this guy is absolutely worthless. You are throwing money away with him on your payroll! Are times really this hard? I’m praying for your managers. That’s just rediculous.

store is tidy and has a good appearance...for the most part well stocked....staff is above average with a sprinkling of stars....good shopping experience..

Delivery is a joke! No professional attitude or customer service

This store is great. We live in area where Home Depot is about we have. Some but not all the employees are a pain and hard to deal with. Instead of fixes mistake they make, they covering them up. Avoid the Service Desk....

The employees here are wonderful. They recognize me and say hello & ask how I’ve been. They do this I’ve seen with several other customers. They are usually stocked with all the items I need for numerous projects my wife finds on Pinterest for me to build. The customer service is above par with several employees having a great bit of knowledge on the products they stock. It’s always clean and tidy, including the bathroom, with quick checkout most of the time. The weekend kids project are always a favorite time for my kids. I choose this store over the 4 other lumberyards in the area.

The prodesk staff is amazing - the solve problems when they arise and have great customer service
