Friendly personnel and really good selection of plants in garden department, even late in the season. Friendly check-out with no waiting in line.

We live in several different areas. Our second home is out in the country near Brownwood, TX. That is where most of our Home Depot shopping is done. It is by far the best store we have ever shopped at. The employees are kind and helpful. You never feel like an idiot just because you don't have all of the answers. I go there for everything we need to fix up our home.

The folks at the Brownwood Home Depot are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I love this store.

Rodney Bailey in doors and windows was extremely helpful in helping us get started with a pro account and project credit account to begin building our home while serving as our own contractor. We designed and ordered in Seamless process, friendly, knowledgeable service. The store was a mess, with merchandise in the floors, but the service was good.

Hometown store ran by homegrown folks makes you feel at home! Serving not only the professional builder but the weekend handyman with the same pleasant attitude and caring.

I always find what I need - and the employees truly seem to want to help vs. just doing it because they are, "supposed to". Appreciate the selection and the fact that Wal Mart next door doesn't have a huge hardware section, so the location is really convenient.

We went into the store to get a washing machine. At the time, we had decided that we'd probably get a low priced machine, but ended up with a mid-range model, and added additional warranties thanks to our amazing CS rep Zac. The other members of the staff we interacted with were friendly, super helpful and the store was in great shape. A total 5 star experience at The Home Depot!

I give this store a 9.5 out of ten. I go here several times a week. The only problems I have had were minor. Helpful and friendly!

If you go there and have coupons, gift cards or promotional discounts BE CAREFUL. The cashiers do not know (or maybe don't want to use them) how to correctly apply them to your purchases. They also will take well over 15 minutes to check you out if you have any of those items and you will notice mistakes. Good luck calling them to speak to manager. Only takes about 30 to 50 minutes on hold.

each time I have gone to Brownwood store all employees have been very courteous. store and bathrooms are very clean. all employees are ready to help.

We frequently visit this Home Depot and have done numerous home improvement projects that required multiple trips. The employees are always friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond to help out.
