I went to the store to purchase an air conditioner. The program for ordering the AC kept freezing so that the purchase would not go through. The cashiers, managers, and technical support team worked for an hour, until the issue was finally resolved. They could have brushed me off and told me to try again the next day, but instead, they persevered and provided real customer service.

Went in for a tiller and help and offers of assistance from multiple people

Every time I come to brunswick I shop at this home depot never had any complaints everyone is always friendly

I can not express to you the gratefulness of having to discuss my issues with Crystal. I was so calmed by the time we spoke. The quality assurance guy never showed up and i canceled a very important meeting to be home for this guy named Richard and never got a call from anyone that he wasnt coming. Crystal called me to apologize for the no show and was very adamant that she could help. She provided a extra 30 day supply of products and that just overjoyed my wife. When I told her I wanted the faucet cost reimbursed because i didnt have silver sink she asked me to send a receipt and she took care of that also! Keep this woman around because she is the best!

We are remodeling two bathrooms in our home and I had gotten quotes from independent vendors, but I chose to come to Home Depot to see if we could save money and get everything we needed. Because I had the help of EL in flooring and Angie at the Contractor desk, I was able to find everything I needed and not have to go to several different places. I’m satisfied with the quality of the products that we have ordered and really appreciate the fact that there are no shipping fees because our contractor can pick up directly from the store. We also appreciate the military discount which was important in helping us stick to a budget.

Hannah took the time and was so considerate in the appliance section! She waited and assisted me for over one hour to help me research and understand the new GE All-in-one Washer/Dryer. Never have I experienced such amazing help!!!

I am in this store several times a week. I am always greeted with a smile and employees go above and beyond

Sales staff was excellent but everything went "south" upon delivery. Took 4 visits to complete the order that should have been a ONE DAY event.

Getting in and out of the store is very safe and easy.

If there is anything wrong with purchases there is never a problem getting them replaced.

I am a loyal Home Depot customer. I’ve been to some that really needed help in understanding retail but most of my experiences are positive. I love the Brunswick Georgia location because they’re friendly, helpful and organized. My Boyfriend thinks its funny that I call it the happiest place on earth cause most women would disagree. But they almost always have what I need and Latavia ( one of the cashiers) is a bright spot in my visits because she’s so helpful and happy.
