The only problem I had was the cashier that was checking me out sure didn’t care if I stood there waiting on her to acknowledge that I was standing there for a few mins or more on her to Stop taking her sweet time to check me out & she definitely wasn’t a friendly employee by no means which was very to have to experience..

I went into the store to order a garage door for a vacation home that we bought in Brunswick. I was helped by El Cooper and she was great. She was very helpful in getting the door ordered and really knew her job. She is a wonderful employee.

Our local Home Depot offers a wide range of products...I wish that they could make it easier to apply for a military discount.

I give 5 stars to the Home Depot in Brunswick, because of the exceptional service I received in appliances with Briceida! She went above and beyond to help me and make me have a good shopping experience. Excellent customer service!!

We were shopping for a blower, Hannah was our salesperson today and she went over and above to show us one. We didn’t feel rushed or hurried . If you are shopping in this area, ask for Hannah.

I have always loved The Home Depot ever since they opened or 40 years ago. What really set it apart from the other home improvement stores at the time was the 1 BEST PRICE ,2 STOCK - you can literally build and furnish your house all from 1 store, 3 GREAT RETURN POLICY no need to pay and insure to ship it back to the manufacturer and do not forget to include all the packing material, NO you buy it here you bring it back here , no muss no fuss and 4 ABLE TO GET LARGE QUANTITIES LOADED OR DEL. QUICKLY AND AT A VERY LOW COST ... in the "old days" other vendors couldn't even load my truck up quickly, I often had to wait while deliveries were unloaded before anyone would take care of me -THE CUSTOMER, but you don't make money unloading you make money selling and caring for the customers. So THANKS AGAIN HD for 43 years of the best all around service in the business and not just in the DYI or HI but in all retail businesses.

This store has always been very helpful every time I’ve needed help in finding something. Awesome and friendly staff too!

I have been shopping at the store for years and the one time I go in to pick up a few items after I've been working in the yard, I was followed around as if I was a shoplifting maniac. I'm not a paranoid person and it's very obvious when people stare. When I got to the self checkout line the girl even took the scanning gun from my hand and started scanning all the items in my car and then said oh here's your total. I was then followed out of the store and I finally turned around and stopped and asked the man did he need anything. He said no I was going to ask you if you need anything. I said no you can stop following me and I can walk myself to my truck myself. I spent $244 in that store and I have never taken so much as a stick of gum in my life. That was an awful way to treat someone who spends a lot of money in a store that's less than a mile from their home..

Customer service is where it is at for me; you guys blow the competition out of the water! Thank you Bea, Eric and Jasmine for all of your help and your kindness! It is much appreciated! Keep it up!

We always receive help from at least one person when we come! Everyone is always friendly also!

We had the most pleasant shopping experience thanks to the helpfulness of Briceida and Ty. These two women were extremely helpful and so friendly. They genuinely seemed eager and pleased to help us! We will be back soon.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even during peak seasons, wait times for assistance is minimal. I've always found items i need to be in stock. Store is kept clean. Location is convenient and easily accessible.
