ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALWAYS ASKING IF WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE. WE WERE HELPED AND IT MADE IT EASIER FOR US TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE. THANK YOU BULLHEAD CITY HOME DEPOT.

Elsa and Laura were both very friendly and helped us find everything we came in for, even offering suggestions of what else we might be interested in.

Employees were very helpful and went out of their way to get us what we were looking for. Best visit ever thanks to Elsa and Laura.

when i was a kid Disneyland was the greatest place on earth, now it is the Home Depot in Bullhead City Az.

Every time that I go to this store I am greeted by at least several friendly employees. The employees are very helpful with locating supplies and other assistance. The store is much cleaner than other hardware stores that I have been in.

I have been purchasing the materials for my yard in our relandscaping. I have learned to depend on your staff member, Robert Placenia. His knowledge of inventory and being interested in me, , your customer is what keeps me coming back to your store. Thanks to Robert.

I was immediately met with a friendly face expressing genuine interest in what she could help me locate. I felt that each employee I dealt with was like talking to a good friend and not someone who would rather be hiding somewhere. A very pleasant experience!

The store is very organized with vey helpful employees.

The store was well stocked. The sales associates were knowledgeable and available for assistance. The only gripe is that the checkout lanes are always closed except for the self checkout. I am not a Home Depot checker nor do I receive a employee discount for being a checker. I do not appreciate having to go to work at the checkout to give Home Depot my hard earned money.

We didn't feel secure in knowing how to order a Christmas tree on line that we had seen on display in the store in Bullhead City, AZ. One of the Home Depot staff took time to do the ordering for us in November, letting us know when to expect the tree. It arrived as expected and when opened and decorated, it is the most gorgeous tree we have ever had in our 75 years of enjoying Christmas trees, live and artificial! Every time we go to this Home Depot store, our questions are answered, we are able to find what we are looking for and we really appreciate having both the staff and supplies the store offers. Thank you!

All the employee's that I have met are really friendly and personable. They have always helped me out with anything that I need and answer all of my questions. There is one person in particular who exceeds above all. His name is Juan and to be honest he is the reason my husband and I keep going back. He helped us purchase our washer/dryer and he was also the one to help us buy our fridge. If there is any other appliance in the future that I need to get he is our guy.

We went to buy a barbeque grill, everyone was very helpful in explaining the differences. We got home to unload the grill and noticed our water heater went out, we went back to Home Depot to get a water heater, again the employees were very helpful with the questions we had making our selection easier.

HAD A RETURN WHICH TOOK SOME TIME AND CASHIER EMMA WAS AWESOME AND GAVE US HER ATTENTION! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE STRESS FREE. MARY BUSHEE

we have used and shopped at this store on more than one occasion....bought paint and will continue to do so...rented tools and just recently bought a new patio door...very happy with the service will do business with them again...thank you Rick!

I love this store, but when i need help especially in the lumber dept I can't seem to get help or a associate to offer help. But i can say the cashier's are very friendly, like Cristina and also Kimberly. I will always shop here! thank you Mary

Appliance Dept. employee was pleasant and very well informed about the products and gave me detailed info about the product I was looking to buy, which made it easier to make a decision on which refrigerator to purchase.

Have had some trouble with folks working in areas not knowledgeable about. Do believe their intentions, though, are to be helpful

When I was stumped with trying to find a product that I needed, an Associate noticed my delema and asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for, and the Associate looked at his App. machine, then he took me to where my product was.
