I bought a Milwaukee 18volt weed eater and when I got home discovered it was used and didn’t function properly.

I bought all my appliances here because I had a flooding at my house, all my appliances were damaged. My appliances wasn’t covered by the insurance so I was glad to have bought my dishwasher, stove, diswasher, washer and dryer, kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets with military discount this November of 2022. All of the Home Depot appliance technicians were so helpful and made it easier for me to purchase. Hope 2023 will be safe one for our home.

I purchased an expensive washer/ dryer set over one month ago. Guess what? I still don’t have them. The “contractor” Home Depot employs is soooo terrible that 5 appointments have been made and they haven’t shown up yet with our purchases. It would be funny to hear the excuses if it wasn’t so sad. Totally unprofessional and inept. Buyer beware to buy from these lame people. They deserve to go bankrupt if customers are treated this way.

The Camarillo Home Depot has been my go to store since it was built here. All the home improvements we have done over the years have started with a trip to the Home Depot. The associates there are great. Knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the veterans discount. We are retired now and every dollar saved is important. God bless you!

In the past, this location has been poorly managed. Staff walking around spending more time in conversation with each other than helping customers. It seems much better now, the past several times I have been in. More staff are willing to engage and assist. NOTE: It seems this location is not as well-stocked as others in our area.

When I entered the Camarillo Home Depot store I was greeted by Eric from the paint department. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He said, “I can ask my manager, but this item was not for sale. After discussing other options, he said he would be willing to make me what I wanted. I was ecstatic. I have never experienced such a caring, kind, compassionate, store employee with such a “can-do attitude” as Eric. I shopped in the store for several other items that I had forgotten that I might need while Eric was making the shelf for me. I saw him in the paint department multitasking as he waited on customers and in the downtimes he was making the shelf. If Home Depot had more people like Eric serving customers all other hardware stores would be out of business! Congratulations on this gem of an employee.

I find the Camarillo store to be so much easier to navigate with the straight aisles rather than those that are designed with all the diagonal aisles and confusing numbering system that they use!

Home Depot is about greed and profit margin now, not about knowledgeable employees, or good products.

I do NOT like being accosted by employees surrounding the entrance trying to get me to buy a new HVAC system as I'm just trying to run in to make a quick purchase. Very low-brow, and unwelcome.

I can’t even begin to describe the downhill trajectory of the Camarillo location. I have lived here my entire life and frequented Home Depot multiple times a way. However in the last year Annette has run this store into the ground. Her and her little 5 foot friend that doesn’t speak English who acts like she owns the store need to go. They are hiring children who can’t even speak!! I might as well do their job for them as well. Annette is rude. She yells at everyone. How are you going to work at a corporate job and not speak English in America??????

I bought a fluorecent bulb yesterday and i am so glad home depot got the fluorecent bulb im looking for. Helpful employee,friendly and clean environment.

Needs more staff to help customers, EXAMPLE: Can't buy a lot of electrical parts because thay are locked up. Have find an employee (GOOD LUCK) To unlock your product. Or shelfs not stock. , again go find an employee (GOOD LUCK) STORE NEEDSORS STAFF

I shopped at this store after it was dark, and the parking lot was very dark towards the Garden.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened, not sure how long that’s been, but I think it is more than 20 years. I have always had great experiences here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Although at times finding a staff member to help may be a little challenging, but when I do talk to one, I’m never disappointed. I will be continuing to shop where for years to come.

I have shopped here for the past 10 plus years. Never have had a problem with my needs there. Everyone near this Camarillo store should drop in and check things out.

I was very happy with the purchase of a LG washer&dryer tower combo. The Home Depot employee in the appliance department was very helpful. Price for the tower was over $100 less than other appliance stores.
