The only problem I have is that if you want to call this Home Depot don't bother. I was able to drive there grab the item myself and pay for it all while on hold. When at the customer service counter I mentioned I was the customer on hold and the associates behind the desk not attending other customers didnt have an excuse for why they were unable to help with my item query.

Cashier Victoria gave excellent customer service today. Very talketive funny and I enjoyed her customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised to find helpful employees at this Home Depot store when I needed to replace an LED light bulb. The electrical expert helped me find the perfect light bulb to replace the old one that burned out. When I went to check out, Katherine was quick and genial in processing my purchases. I will definitely go back there again!

Great store with excellent staff and stock

I went online to make sure the item I needed was in stock. The website said there were many in stock but when I went to the store there were none. I asked an employee if there were any in stock he said no and that the website was not always accurate. I would recommend that customers have the store pull items and hold them up front to make sure you don't waste a trip.

YOUR EMPLOYEE NICOLE WAS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL. I HURT MY WRIST & WAS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE 5 GAL WATER BOTTLES THIS NICOLE PERSON SAID SHE WOULD HELP HOWEVER TOOK OFF FOR 20 MIN. I WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP ME, HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO PAY THIS POOR GIRL WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR WAS VERY HELPFUL HOWEVER SHE WAS WORKING THE SELF CHECK ALL ALONE AND HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME, FINALLY THIS NICOLE CAME BACK AND SAID OK MOVE YOUR CAR UP FRNT HOWEVER SHE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AGAIN!! THE SWEET SELF CHECK GIRL CAME OUT TO HELP ME BECAUSE THIS NICOLE PERSON TOOK OFF AGAIN!!

I love this store, friendly staff, a lot of quality products, easy access to freeway. Great rental yard, lumber, electrical, plumblng, tools, hardware etc. Nothing but praise for a well run store!

Excellent service from a newer employee who was honest, and helped us beyond his years! Very friendly and a very good listener! He arranged for a local service provider to schedule a call to our home. He phoned us on our cell before we even left the Home Depot store! Very pleased.

This is a busy store. However, I find that most of the time people eager to see that I get what I need.

Customer service has been progressively better in the past few months!

Hard to find anyone to help you. And then they treat me like they are doing me a favor. About a year ago, after two attempts to get what I needed to redo a bathroom, had to bring my contractor in to get any service. As I continue to go back, nothing has seemed to change. I went in 3 times to order a part for the cabinets I had purchased there a few years ago, and on the 3rd time was told I needed to make an appointment if I needed help. Seriously considering driving the extra 10 miles to go to another place.

This store is clean and well-organized... one of the best in Ventura County. The employees I've encountered are friendly, helpful and conduct themselves in a professional manner. As for pricing, they are pretty comparable to Lowe's. I think Home Depot's lumber is better quality and they offer a selection of products other stores do not. One of my favorite departments is their garden department... they offer a good selection of plants and landscape materials. It seems like Home Depot has made an effort to improve their stores and their website in recent years, which I appreciate. It makes it a much more inviting place to shop.

A lot of people like to tell me that associates are not friendly or willing to help and that they "just pass by you." That's not true at all I asked someone at the service desk where something was a the young lady told me where, then walked with me to get my items. People there are super friendly and WILLING to help and actually walk with you to what you need. Great customer service.

Poorly stocked, cluttered shelves. You might see something on display that you want to purchase, but good luck finding in on the shelf. Good luck finding a cashier too. They seem insistent upon only using the four self checkouts. There are plenty of orange aprons standing around, but they aren't doing much to help.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot. It has always been very clean. The clerks are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the gardening department. They keep it well stocked.

We have been to this Home Depot several times recently and have consistently encountered helpful employees in several departments including paint, garden and flooring, the most notable of which was Anabel Galvan who provided excellent service on 3 separate occasions.

Store has increasingly been relying on self check stands. I've noticed the ability of the self check stand employees to assist with problems has been declining. Good luck if you are trying to use a gift card.
