The Camarillo store always seems to have what I am looking for, or the Staff can readily direct me.

Camarillo Home Depot is our store. We shop there often and appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the helpfulness of the associates and the selection of items available. Have only had issues with one associate M Briggs has made mistakes on our orders in the past and we prefer not to deal with her in appliances but overall everyone else is outstanding.

The employee Karen was extremely patient with us. She went out of her way to call the manager and online order management for our military discount. It was no military discount but we were OK with it because she was so helpful. Online order does not permit military discount. She was also very polite and respectful to her coworkers.

the store is clean organized, you can find every thing you need easily.

Way better than the Oxnard location. Cleaner, better stocked & less opened packages with missing product. The staff is generally available to answer any questions.

We really enjoyed the customer service we received on our recent visit. A nice young man named AJ helped us find curtains and a few other items. We would have never found them if it wasn't for his help. We enjoyed the conversation with him along our journey through the maze of household products.

Great service. Cynthia in plumbing is very helpful was very knowledgeable of the valve stops I needed. And Lawrence came to asset as well. Thanks again Cynthia. Katie at checkout was fast and professional and friendly.

Had a space issue with a smaller toilet. Your new guy Lawrence in plumbing is Awesome. He helped me and my client find the best toilet for our space. Thank you my new friend Lawrence. Don in millworks answered some tile questions I had. Took me around the store and assisted me in many ways. Roxy Roxanne helped me choose and cut some blinds I needed. Thanks again and as always Molly was there to get me out quickly. Your the best Molly.

Friendly and I went there because my bother works in Camarillo so just needed to get the last things for my project

The staff here have always been extremely helpful and today was no exception. I had multiple questions and was looking for answers. GeeGee was very helpful and patient. If she did not know the answer she sought out the answers so she could better assist me. I felt they valued me as a customer.

Home Depot is my daily Toy Store. Helps me with all my building needs. And Molly and Katie are Awesome.

I believe in asking for help locating a product since there are so many dead ends on your own. I find HD employees to be very helpful. They not only point you in the right direction, they lead you to it. Products are neatly stacked. Employees are always courteous. Self check out speeds up your exit.

I got to say shopping at the Camarillo store has way better customer service than the Oxnard store. Today I went to the Oxnard store first to buy a wall furnace which I saw at their page that was on sale and it was available to be purchased at the store as well. When I got there they didn’t validate the sale because according to them it was supposedly online only but the site didn’t say that and also they couldn’t find the store number in the product so they weren’t able to give me the exact furnace it was online for the price it was on sale. I even talked to the customer service desk and manager and they were a bit rude when I was trying to see why they couldnt validate the sale price when it was the exact wall furnace as the one I showed them at the homedepot.com site.That’s when I left that store and went to the Camarillo store where I first called and that’s where Tiffany answered and was able to help me and tell me that they do have the furnace at their store but at different price than the online price. When I got to the store Tiffany had already pulled the furnace for us and when I showed her the online price she called over her manager Tim which helped out a lot as well , we told him about the online sale and showed that it said it was also available to pick up at the store. As he say the price sale he validated it and made our day to be able to go home and stay warm. Thank you Tiffany and Tim!!

Awesome store

Overall the store is a great place for my needs. JT , Tim B , Molly , Katie , Dee , Beth ,Bob Robert and Katie and many others make the store feel great. Myrle is missed greatly though.

This store has been definitely making a commitment in their customer service. We have had a lot of projects going on & are in there about 1 x a week & I can tell you they have really stepped it up. Employees such as Rudy, Don, Rafael, Angelica - they certainly go above & beyond. Very thankful for this level of service. Keep up guys & gals!
