I really enjoy shopping at the Canal Winchester Ohio store. Sean S, in appliance is wonderful. He helped me with buying on line shower faucet items. I do have a complaint against shopping on line using gift cards. The process is HORRIBLE. The robot pictures are horrible. The time it takes to order is going to turn customers away. I feel this needs to be changed asap. If not, Home Depot will lose alot of on line business and people will go use their gift cards at Lowe's or Menards. IT, PLEASE make this process user friendly for customers. Thank you

I'm a sentimental gal. When I was in the third grade, my mother surprised me by redoing my bedroom while I was away at my dad's for the weekend. I returned to an awfully "girly" room. Pink. Lace. Ruffles. Creepy porcelain dolls. She also got me a new dresser, a beautiful (at least in it's glory days), solid oak, well made dresser. Dollies and ruffles didn't last, but that dresser did. When Mason came along it was passed on to him. It survived nearly 15 years with him. Not long ago, two of the wooden pieces in the middle that the drawers slide on broke. Four of the six drawers weren't usable. Bummer. When we moved in to apartment, I bought all new dressers from Big Lots. That turned out to be a BIG mistake. All of the boys' dressers were broken in a little over a year. I couldn't bear to pitch this old beauty. So, shout out to Don at Home Depot. He didn't mind cutting me 5 bitsy pieces of wood so I could glue together a replica of the pieces I needed to replace . He told me that anything I'd had since the third grade was his pleasure to help me keep. ❤️ Thanks, Don!

This store was non-functional when it first opened a few years back. Some seasonal items were not stocked. In the last few years that has been corrected. Stock is maintained pretty well. Employees are always helpful and actually have saved me money with their suggestions.

Just a little shocked during checkout that three employees were busy discussing the collection of Pokemon at Slate Run park instead of assisting the customers in the self checkout. Two thumbs up for "OUTSTANDING" customer service.

This is hands down the best home depot I have ever shopped at. Friendly and helpful folks that take the time to help you and to educate you. Guys in the lumber dept always willing to cut wood for you and to help you figure out what you need.....guys in mill work going out of their way to make sure you get the right replacement screen ordered for your anderson windows... just friendly and kind.

Great selection of tools - I'd been to Sears and Lowes prior to Home Depot, wish I'd come to HOME DEPOT first. Helpful staff.

We were looking for a washer and dryer for our condo. The condo is located out of state but by computer it was easy to make arrangements for the items to be delivered. We were able to get great deals due to the Labor Day sales.
