Never Buy a Water Heater from Home Depot

Their exchange policy for exchanging a defective water heater that is under warranty is terrible. Their costumer service personnel and that manager are untrained, unprofessional and rude.

Great Service at Canal Winchester, OH Store

The customer service was excellent. The associate even gave me installation advice, a likely cause of the breakage of the old part, and how to tell if he was correct when I got home. He was exactly right. His extra tips saved me a second trip, and made installing the new parts very easy.

Refrigerators

My LG 8 year old LG refrigerator's compressor stopped cooling. Since it was the 2nd time, I chose to replace it. April Lauderback, appliance specialist, was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her.
