The store was clean and items were easy to find, since I viewed merchandise on-line and it stated what aisle it would be in.

At least 3 times in last few months I have had keys made by this store that I have had to take back due to not being made correctly. Suggest that if Home Depot wants to offer key service that they hire a locksmith

The Check out cashiers are the friendliest people I know and are extremely helpful. As a military veteran They always make me feel appreciated when I shop there . Keep up the good work

The associates are always friendly and helpful. I made two trips to this store in one day, the first one the associates went above and beyond helping me with my check out issue, even letting me login to my Paypal account from their store computer. Very good shopping experiences both times, always someone readily available to help with a smile!

The store was clean i didn't need any help finding my Filter, if there was anything else i needed i would look for a sales person. Customer Service at check out was smiling and friendly and help full.

Went online to locate product, called clerk put a hold on item. Problem is there are two Home depots on the same Road. I went to the wrong one. The clerk was understanding. This store did not have the same item in size, she was able to substitute, very helpful. Great Service as always.

I had brought a inoperative ryobi product back, without reciept. Had no problems sending it away for warrenty at your service desk. Than shopping later the cashier was knowledgeable about garage door hinges and location to find them. As always with all the Home depots I have been to service is spectacular. When more retailers are undercutting there customers with a shrinking work force of over worked employees. Home depot has kept there associates able to give customers a quality experience. And good prices. Hats off to you. Chuck

We were looking for an umbrella and Angel Griffin really helped us. She answered all our questions regarding the umbrella. She was not only pofessional but very knowledgeable about the umbrealla and also was very friendly and made our shopping trip a very pleasurable one. Also Carolyn in the Garden Center was very helpful and friendly while we were purchasing some plants. They are both a great asset to Home Depot!!!

Sales associates were very helpful, not experts, but I found that they will try their best to find answers to hard questions. I asked to look at the MSDS for a product, the associate didn't know what an MSDS was, but was able to get the right one after asking other employees (new-hire on the job less than a week was the real hero, knew what and where it was). Found what I wanted quickly.

I have purchased many products from this home depot, from appliances to custom window blinds. The associates have always been helpful and professional

Store is usually very clean and organized. Associates are always friendly and attentive to shoppers need. Bought Behr paint today. I always use Behr because of it's quality and effectiveness.

No problem finding the compressor I wanted, but it was out of the carton and it made me ask if it had been returned. The associate assured me it had not, but when I got home, I realized that there was no use and care guide explaining the warranty and other items. I had to call and eventually they sent me downloaded pages of the manual.

My husband and I wanted to add some character to our yard. We went to the Canal Winchester location to buy some plants, flowers, etc and was thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The store associate was patient, eager to help, very knowledgeable. He recommended various products he had used himself that produced the desired results. He even explained how to plant everything. When we left the store we were confident and not as overwhelmed. Needless to say we love how the yard looks now and cant wait until everything matures.

Going in their a lot I knew where to go to find what I need. It's when I go to another store it's different cause it's arranged different.
