I have been very impressed with this store lately. The employees are very helpful and they go out of their way to assist me. I would give this store a 5 for helpfulness.

You need more employees like Rick. He was helpful and cared about his job!

The appliance product specialist did a commendable job assisting us with our purchase. It was a major appliance purchase and we appreciated the attention that we received. The products that we were looking to purchase were available.

Went to customer service because the brute 55 Gal trash cans were covered in bird poop. I asked if they’d clean them, the employee proceeded up hand me cleaner and rag and walked away. As I was cleaning bird dirt off the trash cans a fellow customer ask me if I knew where something was. I told him “I do notwork here and good luck finding an employee who cares. As I’m cleaning bird crap off a product I hadn’t purchased yet.” He turned around and walked out the door. Did I mention I was standing in the customer service area. Crazy poor customer service.

The North Canton store carries high quality products. This case was a walk behind mower by Honda, highly rated by a well noted consumer publication. The customer service associate and the person who helped me get the mower onto a cart and into my vehicle were both great.

The store has everything possible that a handyman would want, and at lower prices. It's a win-win situation. And store personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We have been doing a remodel the last month, so my many trips to Home Depot in Canton Ohio has been a pleasant experience. I’d like to thank Mike at the pro desk, Catherine, Katrina, and April at customer service for going above and beyond and helping with all of my questions and needs. Brian who I think works back in appliances however I’ve seen him at customer service has been very helpful as well as Kevin and plumbing. These employees have gone above and beyond to help me!

Employee Daniel made my dreadful trip to the Home Depot a truly wonderful experience. I am not an experienced DIY person so I was not sure exactly what I needed to complete the project I was doing. I dreaded the trip as I incorrectly assumed I would find no one to help me or if I did they would become agitated with my lack of knowledge and be of no help. Daniel took the time to even view the pictures of the project I was trying to complete and helped me figure out the math in order to determine how much lumber I needed. He even assisted me in getting what I needed in the most cost effective way. Daniel you truly made my day and I thank you for your kindness and willingness to help. Great experience! this and the Massillon store are the 2 friendliest HomeDepots ive been to. they usually approach you to help instead of having to hunt someone down

I ordered custom blinds for my home & Sarah was excellent! She had several distractions from customers & coworkers, but still had her focus on helping me as well as helping everyone else. She completed my rather large order with perfection & I was out of there in much less time than I had anticipated.

I would definitely recommend Michael who was working in the Customer Service Department. Very pleasant and helpful person.

I have to say I come to this store at least 3 or 4 times a week and the customer service is on point!!! Everyone is SO nice and helpful unlike any other hardware stores in this area speaking from experience! It’s always clean and neat and organized! And I highly recommend it! A Home Depot employee in the door department, Stefan, went above and beyond in service. I asked an informational question about a door I had on order. He gave me a factual answer but when he noticed that I was a bit disappointed with what had been ordered, he took the initiative to work through getting me what I needed. It took some time and a number of phone calls, but he never acted put upon. I am impressed that Home Depot hires people of this caliber.

Your store is great and so are your employees, except the employee who designed your survey, because it doesnt accomodate my transaction because I ordered the item using my home telephone and not from an instore visit.

Great selection and store is well organized. Sales staff and cashiers are very friendly and efficient. I am half way between the Canton store and the Akron store and I choose Canton 9 out of 10 times. Much better overall experience!

Spoke with several different employees during our visit on 11/13/2020 and each one was very informative and helpful with our shopping experience. We were trying to find wallpaper and a backpack blower and each department employee answered our questions honestly and efficiently. Also had an issue at the self checkout and received immediate assistance from a very pleasant employee! Will be visiting this store again when we get back to Canton!!

When ordering appliances very slow process it took over 2 1/2 hrs on a washer and dryer because they didn’t know what they were doing the manager was called to help give us a discount for the inconvenience and walked away without a care
