Your Appliance Specialist Candice Willman was very helpful with my wife.We came in looking for a washer and dryer.She answered all the questions my wife asked her.We will definitely shop this store agian.

The store is well organized and its easy to find the products. And its affordable too.

I went to this store specifically looking for a drill set for Father's Day but was pleasantly surprised that an associate approached me and was able to see that I needed some help. He gave great advice on the drill sets on sale for Father's Day, and I left more confident with my decision than entering the store. I love this specific Home Depot because of great past experiences and choose to travel to this store instead of one that is near me in Dearborn, MI.

I was happy with the help of the associate for my purchase of carpet.

Store was clean, Lou and Jim are the best, my "go to" guys for everything. The guy with the white hair at the Pro desk is another "go to" guy. All three, super.

Nice experience. Would come again and again. Should be nice if juicers were put in store as well. I could only see them online but can't buy without seeing.

Clean and well lite store. All items seem well stocked and readily available. My project requires a specialty tool, but there was no employee available for me to ask questions about the right tool. I picked what I thought would work. Haven't tried it yet. Cashier was friendly and I didn't have to wait at all. Thank you Home Depot

The pro associate, lamar, was very helpful and knew his stuff. H3 made me laugh and helped me with my project, a great asset to the store that I will come back to that store for.

the associates in the plumbing, building materials and flooring departments (current projects) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their suggestions are based on real-world experiences and made life much more easier to complete these projects.

I drove by lowes to head to HomeDepot, which seems to be a regular thing for me now. After struggling to get Lowe's associates to help, or provide accurate advice (false direction has cost me literally hundreds from Lowes), I made the switch to Home Depot. It seems that no matter who I engage in the store, they are genuinely happy to help and offer advise - never steering me in the wrong direction. This has saved me a from a few costly mistakes and ultimately made my first DIY basement remodel go off without a hitch so far.

The associates from the windows and doors were really helpful and patient when I was choosing the windows and patio door I needed. They spent time showing and explaining the windows that would work best for me.

I prefer the Ford Road Home Depot because a lot of the people are cross trained. Lou and Lemar - working at opposite diagonal corners of the store - know where everything is. They're the best.

I frequent this store about 1 time every other month. The associates are always friendly and always seek to address any questions and concerns I may have. This is not typical for a corporate store, in my personal and professional experience. The overall store cleanliness is also exemplary. I have never had to witness any sort of chaotic or disorganized isle at this location. They are all well kept whenever I visit. The lighting is also tolerably bright but not excessive. Although I'm not an employee, I do take note that most of the employees I observe at this location seem to be in good spirits. Again, something not typical for a corporation.

One word to describe the Canton Michigan, Home Depot--Jim. Jim is a greeter at the store. He is there a great deal of time, saying hello to customers as they enter the store. Today he was signing people up for Home Depot's Garden Club. I dont EVER sign up for such thing--but Jim pointed out the positives of The Club, and I did so. He offers coffee to shoppers coming, and asks if he can get an associate to help find an item. He likes to be friendly, and asks if we know about Home Depot's Tool Rental services, if we know about Home Depot's Install services... and actually can explain about Home Depot's internal brand of items. I think they are called HD Products (I didnt even know they existed). He's a great guy, can talk to anybody, and even engages my teen kids in conversation, when they are with me. Everyone likes him, and hes a great guy. He reminds of the owner of the small, mom-and-pop hardware store, that my Dad used to take me to, in the 1970s, when I was a teen.

The store was very clean and organized . I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot . There are always new products and great prices .

I was able to find all the items I needed and the store clerks were very willing to assist me. The store is always clean and the greeter at the front door was very friendly.

This in my opinion is the best Home Depot of the 3 that are near my residence. I have always found what I needed and almost always know where I need to go to find what I am looking for.

I've always been able to find exactly what I need. If for some reason I can't, there's always someone available and ready to help out!

I went in for two things . I asked a representative for help, we went to the next aisle over and with his help, located my item because he understood what I wanted and then I went and got my other item and was out of the store in about 15 minutes.
