Always have what I am looking for

I bought some potted plants & Tim waspleasant through the entire process.

Never fails that if I have a question about a product or service, there is always a friendly face close by that's willing to help.

I needed help finding all the piping for my dryer and Craig was AMAZING! He visual showed me how to hook it all up at home and helped me find all the parts!

This store had a good stock items

We have been working on a new to us Condo renovation and Home Depot has worked very efficiently with us, over the telephone and in person and with our representatives. I believe they have done a very good job and gone the extra mile.

I was looking for a water heater and the Woodhaven store was out of stock. The Canton store was the closest in stock store. It was a very good experience.

Every single associate I had the pleasure of making eye contact with ASKED IF THEY COULD ASSIST ME! I did not need to seek out anyone for anything-- THEY WERE ALL THERE, READY TO HELP, BEING EXCITED ABOUT THEIR JOB! This has never happened before!

Em from the srrvice desk helped me with my annoying order issue and made it seem like an easy fix. I will glady come back to this store whenever I need something or help!

We live closer to another Home Depot. However, we travel farther to shop at the Canton Mi location. It's very clean and has great customer service. Especially when it comes to finding someone to help you. We will do all our shopping here

Good staff who can get for you what you need without wasting you time wondering around.

I have bought many items from Home Depot, my last big purchase was Kitchen Cuboards. Service was great they walked me through the total purchase, ordered the product for me and everything was ok and everything fit as i was told. Thanks

I had an issue at my normal local store simply swapping the size of a jacket I received as a gift. Kayla in customer service was able to remedy the issue quickly, and redeemed Home Depot for me.

Overall good store with helpful associates. Sue has been our favorite cashier over the years.

Great customer service in correcting my current order

We were searching for a Christmas reindeer that would really stand out and look beautiful in our front yard. We not only find the PERFECT deer, but got it for a fabulous price! Everyone at the Home Depot store that is just down the road from our house is always very helpful and very pleasant. It is a great store to go to, and the variety of things you can find there is always very impressive. Love that store!

The store does not price match as much as they should. I don't think some of the clerks understand the store policies. Many need more training and better manners.

Last product I bought the employee gave me a few tips on how best to use it.

We spend thousands on a home project that has dropped in our laps. We have many home improvement stores to choose from, however we keep coming back to the Ford Rd. Store I. Canton Mi. Your employees are the best, always helpful, Anna in particular has spent time with us and helped save us money with her suggestions.

I was in need of a tire for my wheelbarrow and the employees was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed.

What an amazing experience I went to go return some screws and got called a thief!!! Nothing like having your 7 year old with you on your Birthday and being talked down to at the returns line. Wonderful!!!!!!!!

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop!

I feel this particular Home Depot has made a huge turnaround. Employees before always seemed rude and you could never find anyone to help if needed. Now employees are helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. Shelves seemed to be filled, store was clean and organized well.
