I was able to replace smoke alarm myself armed with Home Depot employee’s instruction.

I am frequently amazed at the variety and quality of items available at my local Home Depot in Carmichael. This time, I needed a mesh cover for some special potted plants to keep rodents from digging and destroying them. I found absolutely nothing to do the job through garden centers and suppliers. So I came to Home Depot and bought metal mesh trash cans instead. Inverted over the containered plants, they work nicely as a cage that is a good size for the plants in need. Since these are metal, I can drill holes in the bottom to allow a little more rain or sprinkler access than just the mesh sides. Works great and Home Depot had them in stock at a reasonable price!

The purchase was quick and easy. Delivery schedule was only a few days out.

Home Depot Christmas ... Everyone stressed went thru 2 employees found the stuff myself .. got checked at the exit ...cause apparently spending 100+ dollars makes ya look "shady,". 🙄... It's what it is ...

I ordered a vanity confirm delivery date. Check status day before and was told it was in route. The day of the delivery was told it was on the truck. Next day was informed delayed by checking my account. Called and customer service resolution team told me the tracking number was not active and item never shipped. But they could re order and get it in 2 weeks. Leaving me with no Vanity for the holidays. Worst customer service experience of my life

if you close the doors , the customer service level would be the same

Needed help with airless paint sprayer. The paint area EE gave me great advice and was able to help me with understanding product. This is usually the type of experience I have at this particular store.

Nice store always on point but needs a pressure washing out front looks like third world.

I was having trouble finding what i needed. There is not an exact part for this. Employee Ruby spent a great deal of time with me helping me create what I needed to make the repair!!!

I had an employee who very personally helped me solve a problem regarding what power tool to buy for my business. He was very friendly and genuinely helped me. The other employees were also friendly in directing me to where I needed to be and what I needed to buy. I highly recommend this store (and other stores, as I have gotten other experiences at the other stores that I went to, Truxel and Madison)

Great customer service, everyone there was really helpful and knew how to get us in and out, very efficient and friendly and professional.

I bought many gallons of Behr rock stain for my pool deck in the past couple of months. I am very happy with the results. My only disappointment at the store was that there was no military discount on lumber and the cost of lumber has gone up tremendously since only a couple of years ago.

Dan in electric fixtures & light bulbs was very helpful and engaging. He made some great purchase suggestions which we followed. We bought a new floor lamp & bulbs. Our cashier Kayla was friendly and fast with our checkout.

The aisles are cluttered and presents a hazard. They put boxes of items they cant sell and it is unsafe to get carts through. I was almost ran into several times.

Always nice but summertime solar canopies would be nice but location wouldn't approve. Oh well lol!

CHEAP AND UNCARING MANAGERS. YEARS OF REFUSING TO REPLACE WOREOUT BATTERIES ON THE MOBILITY SCOOTERS. FULLY CHARGED YOU MIGHT GET 5 OR 10 MINUTES OF USE AND THEN THE RED LIGHT COMES ON. IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME. I NEVER GET MY SHOPPING DONE. I USE SO MUCH TIME GOING BACK TO GET ANOTHER SCOOTER AND THEN TURN AROUND AFTER 10 MINUTES AND GET ANOTHER SCOOTER. YESTERDAY AGAIN I USED ALL THREE AND IF THE BATTERY DOESN'T HOLD A CHARGE , REPLACE IT. THE MANAGER IS SO CHEAP. AND UNCARING! THATS FOR SURE. IT IS SELF EVENDENT To make the world a better place you have to do something about it

Not clean, not organized, no help offered, only 2 self check outs open. Garden center door closed and locked @ 4:45 pm. Not my favorite location to spend my money in.

I made a rather large purchase of equipment and the service I received was exceptional. I will be returning to this location for the superior customer service.

Needed parts to repair irrigation line

This particular store has hired a bunch of people to greet you as soon as you walk in. After they greet you, they always ask if you need help finding anything. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. They know the exact location of everything. Example: "That's in 'xzy', look for number 14.". Later, walking around, apparently looking lost while searching for something else, every employee who sees me asks if I need help finding something. They all know the store & products inside out. Friendly, helpful without being overly helpful. I love this store!

I bought about 5 heavy 3 cu ft soil. I was waiting near my van and I saw an employee in parking lot talking to someone. I asked for help and he gladly did.

I've only had the unit for a day, but it works fine so far. I like that the cool air blows out the front so I can sit in front of it to get the full effect, instead of having the air blow upwards. I held a thermometer in front of the air blowing for a couple of minutes and it read 68F. I'll have it at one setting, which is full blast, full cool. At checkout the 3 year $60 warranty for the $319 unit did not display and I had to go to customer service and take 20 minutes or so to make sure that I got it included. There were no materials available to explain the warranty, but I asked a lot of questions and was to told I could bring it back to Home Depot at any time during the 3 year warranty period for a full refund (and not send it or take it to some 3rd party), no questions asked, even if I broke it.

You sell what I need to fix and maintain my older house. I don't get why plumbing is in the back of the place and electric is in the front. Please supply more made in US products. Best regards.

An assoxite help us bigtime! Cause we been waiting for quite sometime in the Door dept. I forgot his name. Hedoenst want us to go to their competitor store btw he is Wearing eyeglasses. He recommende us to his co worker. Her name is Priscilla! Very knowledgeable. Very accomodating! Not rushing us she lets us take our time. Explains and clarifies to us the product price nd cost of all the materials. She was abt to go on her break! But she staued back to help us get what we need! She is awesome! Thank you mam!
