If the store does not have what I need I can always find it online. I find good deals and shipping is fast. They treat vets well and for the most part customer service is good

It's rare this HD doesn't have what I need. I'm not a tradesman, but we do have a homestead that always has needs. The Carson City store is where I go.

I ordered a ton of pellets, and while they could have easily put the pallet in the bed of my truck, we have had our truck damaged in the past from doing this. And being disabled, I asked the customer service lady at the pickup counter if I could have that ton manually loaded, and explain to her that unfortunately I'm fused at six levels and I'm just trying to help my husband with his honeydews, but I just can't wrestle that mini bags. I'm at the young man with forklift, pointed out my vehicle and told him I needed to go pick up one more thing and to just start loading. I gave him a $10 tip and told him how I appreciative I was of him taking the extra time. When I came our, he had another young man helping him and they were halfway done. At the completion of the job I offered the second young man a $10 tip. Both young men acted like I gave them $100. They were so appreciative and kind. I told them to keep up the good work we need more young people with your work ethic. So I know tipping isn't normally a thing at home Depot, but when you need a little more from the employee than what he has paid for, then it is certainly warranted. Hopefully this minor token of appreciation, we'll have them keeping up their efforts in the hopes of achieving another tip or two going into the holidays.

Needed assistance in flooring this young lady guided me to exactly what we needed and even help me transport it to the cash register!

The service is usually very good. But until I get them which is in 10 days, I can't say much about this transaction. Home Depot has had the best prices for pellets.

I’m in every HD around Reno and Carson, occasionally I’m forced to shop at the competitor due to my location, and every time I shop somewhere else it shows why I like this store so much. The entire staff here goes above and beyond and functions like a real crew.

The staff is awesome! Super helpful, both Pro desk and Customer service desk are great. Employees in lumber are very knowledgeable! Was able to do a full job and not have to make multiple trips back and forth, which is so rare in construction. I am not a contractor, but have designed multiple remodels and sometimes it’s hard to find what I need, as far as “where is it?” Or if I need a substitute for a product, these employees were on it! That is what the average person needs when tackling a project, and they delivered

Although I went to the store in Carson City, NV, did not see this one so it was easy enough to get over the Internet.

I went in to buy a shed and had to return a few times. Other than that, no problems.

My husband and I went into the store to get some supplies to remodel our bathroom and hallway. We can't find the supplies that we need for our project. Rebecca Hergenrader was very patient and explained many vanity options for us. We were very happy with our buy. We also had trouble getting stains and supplies for our doors. Amanda Futak was also very patient with helping us get what we needed. Both Amanda and Rebecca helped us get what we needed with the best options and prices online. Thank you, Rebecca and Amanda.

I ordered my granite through Home Depot. Their price was fair and communication with the kitchen department was excellent.

I just purchased an appliance bundle and it also saved me a bundle. Teresa H, Cathy and Shelly were all great and Teresa took the final order and handled it over the phone along with extreme multitasking with several floor customers. Great Job! Thank you!

I bought pressure treated wood and railroad ties for home project. The 2x6 boards was in a new bundle in an aisle where kids were doing some sort of project party. The nice young man Sefi (sp?) helped me navigate the kids and get the boards I needed. Next was getting the railroad ties. A nice young man named Spencer tried to find me a certified forklift operator, but they were busy helping other customers first. Spencer called for help to load them manually and Sefi showed up again. These helpful and friendly young men loaded my truck up just the way I wanted and I was on my way. Thanks guys!

We’ve been buying more paint than usual. This time was floor stain. The person at the paint county actually has some knowledge and experience and he was right. That’s helps

I shop here 98% for my home maintenance and repairs. It has what I need and the proces are the most affordable. The employees are very professional and helpful. My issue is the supply of products. The store lacked floor vents of the right size and color. White is not the favorite floor color -- brown or a darker tan is. Also weather stripping is of a lean selection. The Reno store has more diverse products.

I was looking for tile samples to lay on my bathroom floor. An employee helped me and spent considerable time with me. Home Depot has the best and most knowledgeable employees that I have ever come across. Because of the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees Home Depot attract friendly customers.

The window covering team was so helpful. We didn't know our options for our large order and we received excellent advise for our needs. Can't wait for our order to come in and be installed.

Good deals and close to home

Picked up no problem

I drove 50 miles to shop at home depot and needed help to select the right product. I talked to 5 people wearing home depot clothes. None of them knew anything about the products I wanted. I wanted 3 items. One could not be located which I later bought at Tractor Supply. The other two I bought with the guidance of a salesperson. Both of the products I purchased I now have to travel 50 miles to return as I was sold the wrong product.

Either this store has a lot of shrinkage or inventory is lost/misplaced.

Special ordering a patio door with installation Door takes 2-3 weeks & installation another 3-4 weeks They insist whole order to be prepaid! They probably don't pay contractor until job starts or is finished Shouldn't have to pay installation until finished except possibly a deposit!

Workers know absolutely nothing about the products their selling. I hate this store, especially if I have a question. Stupid employees with bad additudes!

I bought a case of LED lights and 2 ballast.... Tried to find someone for assistance. No one was available...

Though the only employee checking out and with a long line of full baskets waiting, the employee was courteous and efficient in moving everyone along with a smile on her face. Kudos for asking if I had remembered to use our Military discount❣️

Customer service at store 3312, in Carson Valley is terrible. It is interesting that the writing guidelines for the reviews specifically say "Avoid writing about customer service, contact us instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention", but give no easy means to contact customer service. Customer service is at least as important as the products, and the review of a store is more a review of the store than of the products. Further, it seems contradictory that the review instructions say "Don't include any personally identifiable information...." but require an email address.

Everybody at this store is sooo nice! We hadn't purchased window coverings for a new home in over 30 years and the available options are so numerous, it was a real challenge to come to a decision. Cess in the window/floor coverings department is so knowledgeable, she helped us discover just the right product for our needs.
