Store associate in the paint department was very helpful and friendly. Paint department associate helped us to choose the right paint and painting supplies and tools with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. Hope he is working next time we are shopping for paint.

Just purchased our first home a few months ago, and so far this store has not let us down! I was even able to find a few items stocked as overflow from a different store, that the website had indicated were not available in my area!

I was greeted at the door and taken to the dept and person who could help me find the specific item that I came for.

I have shopped this store for the past 10 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great people !

I had to get a refund for a washer dryer I had bought and it went on sale the next day. It was only 10 dollars, but customer service employee "Diana" helped me get the $ back on my card and it was done before I knew what had happened. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Thanks Diana for a job well done. This is why I shop at this Home Depot and not the Blue store down the road!! Phil

Searched for the bar guide sprocket nose bearing grease gun, but couldn't find it at store 3185 where Donna, the associate at the customer service counter, called the Jack's Valley Store to see if they had it in stock. So after buying 1/2 of what I was looking for at her store (3185) , I went to this store. Nicole assisted me in locating the product. This item is not well known by the staff because I didn't know about it until I bought an extension trimming saw and the instructions talked about it. It is a disposable grease gun and I don't know how long they will last, so I bought two of them. Current price is only $4..97 -- good insurance to keep your sprocket turning smoothly in the bar guide and not freezing up. Bar oil is not enough! I hope to see my nearest store (3185) start carrying at least 6 of these at all times, maybe educating folks new to chain saws, about the need for bar oil and sprocket lube. Good Luck!

We just bought all new appliances for our kitchen. Originally we had planned to split our purchase between Home Depot and another big box store. The combination of competitive pricing, an excellent mobile app and superior customer service from the associate (Rebecca), we ended up buying everything from Home Depot.

I NEEDED SOME SCREWS AND PHILLIPS DRILL BIT. THE HARDWARE ASSOCIATE KNEW WHERE THESE ITEMS WERE AND I WAS IN AND OUT OF HOME DEPOT!

This Home Depot had the rechargeable Energizer flashlights we were looking for a price less than Amazon which really pleased us. The employee at self service check out was very personable and a joy to talk to.

Had a wonderful time at Home Depot. Found what I was looking for through the help of the associates or found myself. Lots of items to choose from. Young lady in the paint department was very helpful. The gentleman in doors and windows was also very helpful. Both seemed to enjoy their job and were very knowledgeable of their sections.

the usual at Home Depot. Associates tend to avoid you. When you need help with loading, you have to run someone down or it takes forever for someone to show up!

I purchased some large appliances, all custom and special order, from Home Depot in Carson. Nicole and Shelly made it so easy to purchase on the phone and never have to come down the hill to the physical store. They made delivery and install a snap. They were helpful and wonderful thought-out the whole process, which was a bit of an ordeal (for them). I wouldn't use any other store.

This Home Depot is by far the best store Ive delt with and I have done my fair share of HD shopping. All the associates are happy to help you with anything you need or just give you a friendly "Hello, how is your day?" Even when the item I'm looking for isn't in stock they will find it else where. Online, another store etc. Everyone is always knowledgeable in there respected departments and full of ideas and helpful tips. This store is always clean and free of clutter.

I have been renovating a newly purchased home and have needed a lot of help when visiting the stores. Everyone I have worked with from flooring to countertops has been extremely helpful! We will be using this Home Depot for all our future home purchases!
