I don't know which store the gentleman is associated with who helped me on the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my online order of a washing machine, but I can tell you that Alex Willie was very helpful & patient & efficient when it came to helping me untangle a very big mess regarding my order. He was also very polite & I hope he is being compensated appropriately for what I think he is worth to the company.

Don't go to the paint department if you expect any help. 3 employees in the paint mixing area, and not one even bothered to acknowledge my presence, let alone apologize for the wait. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I left.

Worst customer service that I have ever seen in the lumber department. Even after waiting over 20 minutes we never received help.

Poor customer service on this visit. The self checkout registers were dirty and it appeared there was no attempt to clean them

THE STORE IS DIRTY AND FULL OF STUFF BLOCKING THE EACH ISLE. PARKING LOT TOO SMALL. NOT EVERY CUSTOMER WEARING MASK GOING TO THE STORE. STORE NEED TO IMPLEMENT STRICT RULE.

It feels like a smaller store and the parking area is a bit of trouble to navigate but the store and employees are always helpful and amazing.

Very pleased with the help I received from James (Jaime), Lauren, Brighton, and Trinity there when I had to move 16' boards across the store and into a rental truck. James helped bundle the material and helped me wheel it across store and advised on how to load. Brighton (young man) actually loaded the boards onto the rental truck. Trinity advised on what vehicle to rent. It became a team effort and I was the beneficiary. Thanks to all involved.

This Home Depot store has ALWAYS provided us with the very products and services that we need. The employees friendly demeanor and helpful expertise are truly appreciated. The store is always neat and clean and well organized.

Throughout my time as a DIYer, I have always found this store to have an extremely knowledgeable and supportive staff. However, I recently took on the daunting and unfamiliar task of redoing my shower and throughout this experience I know this store will be my forever home for all of my projects in the future. I had the pleasure of working with Bruce throughout this experience and he has been amazingly supportive not only with helping me find the right tools and materials for the project, but also a great moral support as well. I ran into several hiccups with the project and he helped me to keep my chin up the whole way. I wish every store I went to had a Bruce, he's awesome!

Most of the employees there know where the items are at and are helpful. They are really good on returns too.

Ed in the Pro Shop was so helpful in correcting a problem with the delivery of incorrect steel studs. He went above and beyond our expectations to locate the correct materials, adjust the pricing, and even delivered the new materials himself because the store was short-handed on the 18th. Thank you Ed!!

This store is great - much better than Lowe's in Castle Rock! John in appliances is incredibly helpful.

Kurt in appliances was so helpful and friendly we bought 6 appliances from him. Terri in the paint department was very helpful with helping me choose the right paint products!!

This store and its staff is the go to place for all your improvement needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the products in the store. Will definitely put Home Depot at the top of my list.

Gil in Plumbing is AWESOME!! He spent quite a bit of time with me as we figured out the best way to create a stable base, in a large painters bucket, for homemade Quidditch hoops (think hula hoops taped on top of tall PVC pipe). The challenge was to make the buckets sturdy but as lightweight as possible. Gil helped me find the correct equipment, the correct concrete mixture, and he even cut sections of pvc pipe with a hacksaw for me. It was really helpful!

Woke to a fractured in line water filter with 2" of standing water in the basement, after 2 hours of cleaning we went to this store at 6am when they opened. Carlos in plumbing was who helped us, we explained the situation, showed him pictures of everything on our phone and he quickly got us everything we needed to get the house back functioning! Once home with the education and parts Carlos supplied for us we had the water back on within 40 minutes! Very impressed

Serving in the Air Force, used many Home Depot's. This stored in Castle Rock, CO is by far the best I have ever used. Gave it a 5-Star. Do appreciate everyone.
