Huge tote
I purchased 2 of the 170 gallon husky totes for Halloween stuff, they hold so much stuff more than I thought.

Hidden problem on microwave
Not happy with Home Depot at all, I bought ALL my appliances there October 2023, the microwave was smashed under plastic cover, didn't see it until cover fell off, but since it wasn't within 48 hours nothing can be done! IT WAS HIDDEN, TOTALLY DISHONEST!

Great attitude for most employees
I remodel bathrooms and always get the best service from my people at this store. Pro desk Mo,Suzie,Hensley,Monia,safety crew,Nicole. And all the staff that’s been there for some time. Again I’ve been shopping here for 20 years

Customer Service Staff very helpful

INTERIOR DOORS
OLIVA IS THE BEST. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DOOR OR TRIM RELATED, YOU SHOULD SEE HER. WHEN MANAGEMENT FAILED, SHE STEPPED IN AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. OLIVA DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION.

Went to get Paint
First time i tried to get paint, the sample I had was bad, The women that were working the counter were amazing, bent over backwards to try and help, they even told me how to get a sample they could use ... I came back that weekend. The man working the Paint counter was old, grumpy and just forgiveme an @$$ whole His partner wasnt much better. The man, said my sample was not good enough and the machine wouldnt read it etc complained the whole time, mean while his counterpart was just playing in the aisles while the line was growing and did nothing to curtail the old jackwagon from being a complete jerk! I am suprised I got the paint and it was close enough thank goodness as I did not want to go back, If you see an old bald man at the paint counter, run away

Great customer service
The employees were very helpful. Mark answered many of my questions, cut keys for my new home and told me plenty of jokes. He made my shopping experience enjoyable.

App unusable. Communication worst in industry.
It’s obvious that no one at HD corp hq has ever tried to use their app or website to make purchases. If they did, people would be fired. It’s the 21st century. Web-based customer interface is how sales are made. The app and website are incredibly difficult to navigate and communication to the customer are untimely and confusing.

Recieved wrong online order.
I purchased a fridge online. It was delayed for a month. I recieved a email that it was damaged in transit. Went to the location and checked the package. It was some superficial damage on the box only. The rep only removed the outermost layer of the box. The fridge was still wrapped in Styrofoam. I was unable to see the whole of the fridge. I noticed on the outside box after they put it back on that it did not match the product I ordered. The female attendant assured me it was the one I ordered. I asked her to double check. She refused to re open the box to confirm stating she checked the bin number. It arrived at my house 2 days later. Wrong fridge. I called and was told someone would pick it up the next day they did not. I cancelled plans waiting for them to pick it up on my weekend.
The delivery men and staff I called were very kind, despite one of them accidentally disconnecting my call when atemping to transfer me to a supervisor.
The supervisor I spoke with was very patient and kind.
I am still annoyed I did not get the fridge I waited almost 2 months for.
0/10 quality control. They shipped the wrong order and charged me for it.
First time ever ordering online, probably won't again based on this horrible time wasting experience. Apologies only go so far.

Mary was great! Special order
Had a bit of trouble getting my order together and Mary from the service desk was extremely helpful! Being the 4th was busy and took the time to help put it in and helped me get the special financing offer in all one order. They had some of them in stock but couldn’t add to the cart through the app, even though it was physically there! Great experience all around and the next morning was able to pick up one more item from the order the two ladies at the service desk were very polite and helpful!

Order Processing Problem.
I believe the store KNOWS upfront that they will not be able to make good on their stated 2-day delivery date and therefore should refrain from making such commitments as a sales ploy! I purchased on Tuesday with a delivery date of the next Thursday (2-days). But once I paid in full and was home I received notification via email that the date was instantly changed to the following Tuesday!! Right now I have little confidence the Home Depot will deliver in that timeframe or deliver a reliable product! If this Tuesday fails, I will obtain a refund and purchase elsewhere. Offering me a $50 gift certificate “AFTER” they receive confirmation of successful delivery is of little consequence! And does not make up for this! We are lucky our old refrigerator is still working or we’d really be messed up by the Home Depot’s sales ploy! I have other appliances to upgrade but will likely not do so at the Home Depot

Horrible Experience
I gave it 2 stars because of prior experience! First contact was a pleasant lady in the paint department and she took my paint order, I came back to pick up my paint and I came in contact with man name Gabriel maybe, I examined my paint and expressed to him paint was all over the lid and the label was torn, he became combative, and agreed to make me another can of paint.A man by the name of Jerry walked up and the other man told him to get the paint out of the machine because he was cleaning up a spill paint and helping the customer it spilled on. Jerry took my can of paint out of the machine and set it near the can that was messed up, he asked was that my paint and I told him I refused the paint, and the other man mixed me some more, he told me the paint was perfectly fine. he mixed it himself and he told me when you take the lid off this can happen by putting the lid back on and he also said the machine is dirty and it gets paint all over the can, he told me, I should have taken the other paint, he opened the paint up and they had paint all inside the opening of the lid, as well as on the lid, as I debated with him, I could feel my blood pressure rising and I told him normally I let things roll off, but I didn't feel comfortable taking a paint can with paint outside the can considering what happened prior to another customer that paint spilled all over, their vehicle. Jerry was very aggressive to me because I refused to accept a can of paint with paint on the lid and around the lid opening, he made excuses to why this was happening and tried to normalize it. The label was torn. I brought paint the week prior and I didn't have this experience, the staff in the paint department was very helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced, considering someone didn't put the lid on tight on some other customer paint can, and it spilled all over their vehicle. I think Jerry should take a refresher course in customer service, because I definitely was satisfied!

Customer Service
I had previously checked on a gas powered saw rental and returned on 24 Apr 25 to actually rent it for 4 hours. Rental service Rep was very nice. When I returned the saw 3 hours later my final billing included a blade rental fee as well. I was surprised and disappointed to learn about this other fee, as was the service Rep who indicated it was new to him as well. I went to the service desk where I told Randy(?) the Asst Store Manager about my surprised billing experience. He agreed with me and immediately reimbursed me for the rental blade fee which was determined to be less than obvious, as I was describe it. Randy and an assistant, were completely neutral and extremely fair in addressing and resolving my rental fee dissatisfaction. They both acted professionally, towards me as a person and a disgruntled customer. I personally view their service as the type of quality that has been lost in America today and reminded me of how the culture here in the US was years ago. Thank you to Randy and his assistant for ensuring my experience was completely satisfying for me. It's refreshing. It's a lost art.
