Waited 30 mins for paint to be mixed. After 30 mins and never seen my paint mixed, asked about it. Worker said it was never made and it was not busy at all! Never got a sincere apology after wasting half a hour of my life just standing there for nothing!

If you want great customer service when shopping for your home supplies you can find it at home depot plus you'll get the best customer service ever.

Had to return an incomplete online order. Came up to Returns desk. The store associate just stared at me until I told her about my return issue.. what happened to asking a customer if they could assist or help, etc.?

Sales employees on the floor are excellent. They were welcoming when I’ve asked three employees for help. The cashier on the other hand, rolled her eyes and moved really slow. Checking out wasn’t a satisfying experience. Honestly, I wanted to leave my cart and leave with the attitude she was giving me for no apparent reason. I was the only customer in line. I may or may not shop here in the near future. If I do, I’ll do self checkout. If it wasn’t for my item being brought up to the cashier, I wouldn’t leave a negative review.

While I have occasionally found it necessary to visit another Home Depot due to stock issues, it is usually because of the quantity I require. The location of the store to other shopping destinations, the helpfulness and professionalism of the employees, make this location a special one.

Dave and Regina went above and beyond to help us with our shop today. We would come back to this location as everywhere we went the service was exceptional

We are so happy with our last visit. Buying appliances can be stressful and confusing. We were assisted in the process. We were given time to discuss between ourselves, and made the purchase. The delivery service was excellent and we have a new washer. Very pleased with the entire process.

I really appreciate Home Depot providing a designated parking for veterans. I extremely appreciate the opportunity to shop where the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable and seemed excited about their customers. Overall l am so happy that l have a great Home Depot store in my neighborhood. Thank you everyone at my Home Depot.

I went into Home Depot to look for french doors to replace the sliding door to my patio. I was very impressed with the support and knowledge of the employee helping me. It took several days to complete the transactions I finally decided on. In the end I got the french doors/installation, new front door, replacement picture window for my living room and matching ligghting for my front entrance.

I always shop at this location and the associates are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I am always extremely satisfied with the customer service I receive at Home Depot. They have figured out the formula on how their staff helps the customer and does so in a pleasant way!

This particular location has great people with excellent knowledge and experience!

I have recently started to update/renovate my home. Whenever I go to my Home Depot Store in Centennial Hills, I am met with a hello when I enter, when I am in an isle looking for a particular item and a staff member is nearby, they will ask if they can be of assistance. My checkout process is always swift and a Home Depot Staff Member always thanks me for shopping and tells me to have a good day! It is usually a great experience all around.

We love coming to this Home Depot Jason is the best every time we need help his always there. His customer service is above and beyond!

Jason, the closing manager, was super helpful when we visited the store from out of town. We asked him for help twice and both times he was friendly and professional. He helped get a ryobi tool from the locked case and also find some fittings for plumbing. The store was well stocked and clean. I’ll be back when I remember the materials I forgot on my first trip.

As a Realtor/Property Manager here in Las Vegas, this is my go-to store for just about everything. Appliances, supplies, light bulbs, key copying, air filters, paint and more! Everyone is always friendly and happy to be of assistance. Jason in tile/flooring was The Best!

At store #3305, On Wednesday night, my family and I came to get our Christmas tree. Koltin was so amazing. He helped shake the trees out and was very patient with us as we looked at a couple. He then helped us by cutting it and putting it on the car with no problem. He is an outstanding associate for Home Depot to have. Thank you Koltin.

Seriously!! A month before Halloween and the Christmas Decorations are out. I had thought about looking for something in the way of a scare crow but when I saw the Christmas Trees I figured they must all be gone already.

Meusette helped me to fixing some problems that I had on my online purchase. She is amazing!!
