Went to HomeDepot looking for a flower that would return years but needed to be a vine. Tony saw me wondering about, approached and was very pleasant. I explained to him what I needed he knew exactly where to go. He also showed fertilizer that would give best results. He was very knowledgeable of an variety of flowers. Great job Tony my shopping experience was relaxing and hope you are then when I am in need of assistance, thank you.

Had an awesome exp.again today. This store had the nicest and most polite staff! I love the outdoor staff and plumbing. The outdoor staff are super polite, nice and love to talk and joke. Also the children's free work shop, (first Sat of every month) today were just as sweet and nice as ever.

I just needed two USB charging boxes that were on your web site but not on your shelf but a very helpful gal named Lia ordered them for me from your warehouse and they are here already! Love the peppermint candy she stapled to my invoice!

This is my favorite home-improvement store, in large part because it is only .5 mi from my house! But other than that, the staff have always seemed knowledgeable and have been eager to help me find what I need. And that is saying a lot these days.

The employees at home depot are lazy and walk away from when you needing help.You half to run them down and ask for help if they can help you.

I have on several occasions lately found it hard to find someone to help me. I have been in woods, appliances, etc and there are not enough people to help.

Always Great Experience At Home Depot

Tired of having to always order items needed for our maintenance service operation that are needed right away. Tired of erroneous on-line inventory numbers. Tired of the auto-answer voice prompt system. Frustrated by employees who have no knowledge of products and their uses. Disappointed by "Pro" staff that don't seem to care about issues with availability, pricing, etc., because they know nothings going to change because some corporate rep. is the one making decisions.

We’ve been trying to get our kitchen cabinets installed for 4 to 6 months now and it’s always something that delays it another 6 to 8 weeks. Very frustrating. I wished I had used a different resource for doing this kitchen redo.

I was replacing my cellar door at home and needed some plywood cut to certain specifications and few other items to complete my project. ALL associates treated my with courtesy, respect and professionalism! Definitely love this Home Depot location!

I live in the neighborhood and have spent thousands of dollars at this location for home improvement needs since 2005. Many members of this community believe that the quality of service at this location has declined over the years.

The store was well stocked, clean and safely organized. The associates were pleasant.

With the extensive power outage that has occurred, we were using every available device for cooling. Thankfully we have a generator and I was able to recharge my Ryobi fans' batteries. Upon learning that the outage was going to last days longer, I decided to use the electric option, but I needed to purchase the cords. I walked into the store and was directed to the correct aisle by a friendly store associate. There I found the exact cords in the correct length that I wanted. There was a sufficient supply, so I grabbed the cords that I wanted, paid, went home, and plugged my fans in and had my very own fan club.

Lloyd is a great asset to your store, since it is hard to find everything because it's so big. Lloyd helped me find everything I needed and walked with me to find exactly what I was looking for.

Judy Blum who works at your jobbers desk, listened to my dilemma and found the right appliance and person to install it. Turns out I just needed to cap a pipe and the old water heater was working well and did not need replacing. She helped return the water heater and I am so confident in the help you have available and in store staff. You saved me $3,000.00 which is what another company had quoted me that same day. Invaluable this woman at your 72/Ames store. Omaha. Thank you so much!

The Customer Service at this particular store have been noticeably improved. We can tell they are making an extra effort to make the customer experience better. We love shopping this store!
