This is the best Home Depot in Omaha. It’s always well stocked and there are people actually working to help you. People are very helpful at the Home Depot on 72nd/Ames

We bought the DeWalt battery operated pruner. This pruner is outstanding. 1100 cuts just on one charge. We wanted to get another battery so he did so a couple of days later. You will love the customer service you get from the friendly staff at Home Depot.

HomeDepot has a variety of product and if unable to locate. They have employees Carmen and Agha who will assure that your shopping experience is a valued one. Thanks to them and their team for understanding a customer's time is valuable. Great job.

I was prompted to visit store because of product failed to work. I received assistance from MGR Derek who went above and beyond to solve the issue. I paid for product at Customer Service Desk, being greeted with a smile by Rachal who also thanked me for coming. Cudos to both of them.

I was apprehensive about going there at noon on a Saturday as well as It's been the first cool day in over a week- I knew they'd be busy. I immediately found what i was looking for once I walked in!! I got to the register and Brenda was ready with a smile to check me out! No lines, no waiting, definitely VIP treatment. After the past few years after the pandemic, its hard to find good customer service. Lines are long, places are short staffed, tempers are short... but Brenda was fantastic! A breath of fresh air.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location on N 72nd street omaha for a long time and I honestly can’t remember ever having a bad experience , and my most recent visit I was helped in multiple departments with a smile, everyone who helped went the extra mile and spent a little more time making sure my needs were met . I honestly felt like they liked helping , some other places I have felt like I was an inconvenience. At this Home Depot every one really cares. I accidentally left my credit card and my cashier at the time gave it to management and I was able to get my card back with no issues . I prefer home depot because of everyone is always willing to help. Wow thank you home depot for always making my day.

I bought a Milwaukee m18 trimmer tool only 7/13/23. I had it fail 8/19/23, so went to go back to exchange with a new one but they didn't have one in that day. They took my refund from original price with a discount and had me order a new one to arrive 8/21/23 for 5:30pm. Go in to get my new trimmer and they don't have one that was supposed to be there already. I try to get my refund but they only keep wanting to give a the discounted price instead of the original price for the trimmer. Now i don't have a tool or enough to pay for a new trimmer. Customer service representative were pushing to take the discounted price and or nothing. Basically just trying to get me out of the store already instead of trying to make it right.

Bought carpet and hard surface flooring for my entire house

We were given the wrong color paint for a home project and both Blake and Ashlee corrected the mistake immediately, no questions asked. I really appreciate their help!

Debbie in home and garden knew the store layout well and seem to really enjoyed helping to answer questions.

We’ve been too most of the big box garden stores this year and Home Depot had the best selection. I’d highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for a unique plant. Their succulent and rose offerings in particular were very impressive.

I bought some paint and wood pieces that were both on sale and I am satisfied.

When shopping at the store I had 3 different employees offer to assist me. As I was checking out the cashier was helpful as well.

Love to shop her store manager is very helpful and she always say hello and hi helped me three times in the store

Bought a toilet kit, instead of going to 2 or 3 different stores for parts.. i bought a complete kit for my toilet tank..and it worked perfectly. I may have flushed my toilet more than i needed to,but it was so quiet and fun to fix with the kit i bought at Home Depot.

This store has employees that listen to your needs and make sure you get what you need and are pleasant to work with.

So happy I had a run in w Marquita today. What an asset to this store!
