The staff at this store was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable! We were asked by at least 6 employees if we needed help or had questions. The store was tidy and orderly and Colleen and Ellen made checkout a breeze!

Dravin was excellent at helping me get the specific products I needed. Great service, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The store was very clean and well organized.

Their new check out system is Horrible!!! The customer now has to take on the added duty of checking themselves out and are not given a discount for doing the work for the store. None of the employees even acknowledged us as we were walking through the store, nor as we were searching for items right next to them.

This particular Home Depot stands out as the friendliest of all due to a staff of people who genuinely show an interest and willingness to help me.

I feel so cared about in this store because I shop there so frequently I've gotten to know a number of associates from different departments by name, and they greet me by name. They are all very helpful and friendly.

Checkout employee Alisa was kind, helpful, and calmed me down with her demeanor when I worried about which irrigation items I'd bought.

I always send people this way. its an easier store to navigate and close to shopping for the misses to make up for the trip. I get tools she gets shoes.

Associates like Terry, who helped in the light bulbs and other areas, along with Arden, who provided fantastic assistance in the garden area, are what will keep me coming to this location, even though it isn't the closest to my home.

The store was clean the personal was intelligent and seem to enjoy there work.

HOWEVER... U WITH CORPORATE CLOUT MUST DEMAND THAT THE EL CON MNGT REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL OF THEIR ROADWAYS AND PARKING LOTS. THOSE ROADS AND PARK AREAS ARE REALLY TERRIBLE and the bushes they have at the east exits from HD are untrimmed so we can never see if a car is coming on that N-S road.... HAVE SOME EXECS FLY OUT TO TUCSON AND COME SEE FOR YER SELVES HOW BAD IT IS !!! thx

GREAT STORE AND EVEN BETTER STAFF

The one and only product I went to the store for was not listed in database at register. I asked about scan policy and I was ignored. The store employees drop the item twice (it was an LED bulb light), and did not even ask if I would like one that had not been dropped twice on the concrete floor. It should not take 15 minutes to go through the check at 9am on Sunday morning when I am the only one in line.

I love this store. I always look forward to shopping there because I'm remodeling my house and nearly everything I need is available and everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful

I prefer this store to any of the others I have visited and shop there frequently. I have found the staff to be very helpful for the most part. Prices are reasonable and items I've needed have always been in stock.

The store had multiples of what I needed and the employee available to help me figure out which was best for my particular situation.
