Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting rechargeable batteries, plastic plant pots, CFLs, and lead acid batteries for recycling.
This store recycles all shrink wrap, contributing to the 780 million pounds that The Home Depot has sold to Trex in the past. This is used to manufacture composite decking, bringing us one step closer to a circular economy.
Since 2010, we have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores.
The Home Depot's core values are based on doing the right thing for our customers and associates. This commitment extends beyond our stores to our communities and the environment. We are your partners in environmental sustainability. Read more about our commitment to economic responsibility.

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2025?
The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment so you're ready to enjoy the beautiful greenery this season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY repairs by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Remember to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 24th through May 7th, so don't miss it.
What's your selection of moving boxes like?
Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage or moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it there safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
We've got the variety you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When browsing generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.
Should I make siding repairs now?
Ready your home for spring temperature swings by replacing any faulty or broken parts of your home and hardscaping. If water freezes in any crevices, you could be headed for trouble. On the outside of your home, examine metal roof panels or roofing shingles for rust or damage that could let water in. Gutters should be cleaned to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms and snow. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed if they're damaged.
Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, which is useful for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
