The store's staff are all highly professional and those we've dealt with are knowledgable about products that we needed.

Went to this store to get a replacement head for the kitchen faucet. The plumbing assistant told to call Moen since the faucet had a lifetime warranty. Thank you for saving me money.

Always get great customer service at the Pro services. They maybe busy but worth the wait. They take time with you and show you the saving for bids compared to other stores.

The employees at this store were unhelpful and extremely rude. I do not recommend ever shopping at this store.

The cashier a month ago was are rude and racist, the loading help and cashier goes together. The lazy guy was helping me and she pull him out to help someone of her own race and there I was sitting on the sun, I complaim, she didnt care. The same lazy guy was in loading again last weekend, he takes his time, looks at you like you are bothering him, he recognize me I guess for me complaining last time and told me about the rules of helping (?????), make wait forever.... the cashier call him so many times.

I REALLY wish all of the employees would take a charm class !! The customer service in all their stores really need to be improved . they need to take a page from the East Coast stores !! They fall over themselves to help their customers.

Customer serviced failed to help me head cashier Carlett was very rude and arrogant showed no concern for me as a customer and continued to give me dirty looks as i waited to be helped by her manager because she failed to help me

This Cerritos store is convenient and no trouble in finding things I need with helpful customer service ... It is one store to go to for home maintenance needs.

If you need paint, Flo is your man to go to! He is awesome! Not only does he provide with great customer service, but friendly, knowledgeable and will provide great feedback on your project!

This is my favorite Home Depot store, staff are very helpful.

Employees are helpful. And te store is pretty well kept.

The explanation provided by Dave the manager for promotion items was very helpful and allowed me to purchase a tool chest with certainty. The store had place promotional items where I needed it, so I wouldn't have to think too much as to where I could find the tool chest. They also had it in stock unlike another location, so that was helpful. The delivery by Pro Delivery driver Kevin Barber (Dept. 94) was also great and professional. Kevin was courteous, informative, and helpful when figuring logistical and prompt delivery. He took all precautions to unload the chest with great ease and kind enough to make sure it was all in tact, and that I was a happy camper.

This store is filled with the most friendly and helpful people. I am a single mom and needed a lot of help finding stuff....Did I mention the 100 questions I had! Before I left I had everything for my next project and had a great experience. My 10 year old daughter who is autistic also made a friend. Thank you Home Depot Cerritos and a special THANK YOU to NICOLE our cashier for your smile and excellent customer service!

As a former employee of the company I am in awe how horrible the cashier, Mitzia, handled my return and how She automatically assumed the item was stolen. Without offering to help find my receipt in the system. She manually dropped the price of the item by $10. She accused me of entering from the exit doors (the item I returned was closer to the exit door). I came straight from my car to the ENTRANCE because that's where returns are made. Maybe if there was a greeter during power hour then they could've witnessed me walking through the entrance.

Milo, the Behr representative, in the paint department was extremely helpful. He helped us pick out primer and paint chips that matched our existing house colors, and accent colors that would work well with those colors. He also helped explain some of the restrictions California has on paint choices.

As a female, having to go to a dominant male store is very intimidating.. I was looking for a brown shade of spray paint. I was approached by Konnor who was friendly and willing to help. He explained the different textures and finishes. He helped me pick the perfect color. Thank you Home Depot for providing an employee who is knowledgeable and educated me in the art of spray painting.

I do not appreciate when the cashier opens my box, and when you ask why. They give you a dumb answer like to check to see if the item is broken. I went to another Home Depot and I was told that they do that to see if I put merchandise in the box.
