Each time I go into this store, there are friendly and professional people ready to help. I never get the feeling that I am a bother.

I went to this location to pick up a shower pan. I had a horrible time, even trying to find an associate that would help. Finally when I did, they got it down with forklift. I had to push it myself to the front, which is fine. I’d check out. I did ask for assistance in lifting this big shower pan. No one ever showed up even despite me asking again. Thank goodness to gentleman in the parking lot assisted me.

Things are back to normal

Store 8582 has always been my go to choice and they never let me down. Keep up what you’re already doing there

I have shopped at the store so many times. Now due to greed, I will never stop here again. Locking my cart is inexcusable.

I bought a Coke Zero. I wanted a plain iced tea, but they were out. I was not very happy since the bottle had a name on it, “Melanie.” It wasn’t my name, but that’s all they had. I drank the Coke, but I wasn’t thrilled.

Rich and Clint were AMAZING!! This was the 3rd Home Depot I was at for the day. I was looking for a specific flooring that has limited in stock supply. These two gentlemen stopped and assisted in finding the flooring. There was not enough in stock and Rich tried everything to order online the remaining stock we needed.

My job is write down the street from this store so it's convenient for me. This store is also in a better neighborhood than my home store. My home store is a big contractor store so you have a lot of people in the parking lot looking for work and they have to lock everything up because of theft.

Great help from employees

A store associate, Tessa, was very helpful and suggested I apply for a credit card which I was doubtful I would be approved for. Well, fortunately, I was approved and can now start building my credit.

I have little expertise in home projects. Always find people very helpful. Very patient with me as need a great deal of help.

We were shopping and the item we wanted was out of stock. Frankie at the Germann location was super helpful and ordered the item for us.

Unwilling to resolve issue

I. 'm a contractor for ecoland a territory manager for 16 technicians that make purchases daily. I returned some products without the receipt and was able to get store credit which? We appreciate, but now I have been blacklist from returning anything to the store. I don't like it. I don't appreciate it and as a company. I would think you would try to resolve this situation. I follow your instructions and went online to resolve it. It offers no information. And the issue still stands.I think is poor customer service not to accept your equipment back and give store credit at the least

Unless you are a contractor that knows what you want and exactly where to find it, don’t bother with this location as they have what seems like one associate per five or six aisles to assist you and then there are no registers open, only self checkout

I went to the garden section to pick out some top soil for a project I’m working on and Ed was nothing but professional. We had a great conversation and he made my overall trip to Home Depot amazing!

I came to buy a refrigerator after doing research, but ended up finding a better deal in the store. I was in and out so quickly and knew just what to expect for delivery. Mike was so great!

Enjoyable shopping at this location. Garden section has nice selection of plants. Employees make you feel welcome.

All of the team members at this location were super helpful and friendly. They were able to help me find what I was looking for and cut the item to size.

I have used this Home Depot locatiion for many years and it consistently a great DIY to shop.

Home Depot had many varieties of garage door openers. Many of each was in stock.

For a while now the wood selection has been poor. You have to literally dig through piles of 4x4s etc to find straight, whole, boards. Many are simply not usable for building.
